The view from the hotel was fantastic, accompanied by the soothing sound of waves nearby. We particularly enjoyed the dinner, which was of high quality. Despite it not being the season, we were pleased to find access to the private beach, although umbrellas were not available. Cetara is a picturesque fishing town with some of the friendliest people you'll encounter. We found its unique allure to surpass that of other towns along the coast.
Il Glicine is located in Cetara, 1.5 km from Spiaggia Addò Francesca, 1.6 km from Spiaggia della Vergola di Ferro, and 1.6 km from Cetara Beach.

We stayed at Il Glicine to experience the Amalfi Coast this week. This place exceeded all of our expectations. The view is incredible, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the feel of the B&B is a traditional Italian one with authentic decorative pieces from Vietri Sul Mare (the neighbouring town). As you walk up to the B&B, you walk through a tunnel of lemon trees, which makes also brings you the feel of Amalfi.
All that being said, what really makes this place so special is the host Massimo. A genuinely nice person who wants to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible, nothing is too much trouble for him.
From breakfast hanging on our door every morning which is freshly baked from the local bakery, to quickly responding to any issues with transport, Massimo does it all and with a smile on his face.
We will be back at Il Glicine, and I’m sure some of my family and friends will too.
Grazie Mille Massimo.

Cetara is a great little village to get away from the craziness that is the rest of Amalfi Coast, but close enough to get to all the sites and towns when you want to, and Casa Galano is a good place to stay in Cetara. It is situated above the Piazza where we could watch the goings on from the balcony each morning, and easy to get down into the town itself, with access to local shops and restaurants only minutes away. The main coast road bus stop was a minute away, with the major towns on the Coast about 30-45 minutes away. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
Offering mountain views, A Pastaiola is an accommodation situated in Cetara, 500 metres from Spiaggia del Lannio and 700 metres from Tuoro Vecchio Beach.

We told the host that we were on the bus when on the way to the property and he met with us at the bus station on the stop closest to the accomodation. He then handed over the keys and explained to us everything which was situated in the apartment. Host was very helpful and informative and the apartment was very spacious and clean.

All around spectacular. Really cute with a great patio, and the loft space was great for kiddos. The loft has two twin beds with low ceilings. The town is my favorite on the coast, much quieter but still beautiful. The host was great with snacks and fresh food waiting and made a great effort to fix internet problems (a line was down to the region). I wish we could be there now!
LA CASETTA DI MARY is situated in Cetara. Free WiFi is available. The apartment has a flat-screen TV and one bedroom. The air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with a kitchen.

We spent 5 nights in the apartment and would like to come again. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Beds are very comfy and 2 bathrooms help to organize the family life 😉 All rooms have amazing sea view and enormous terrace invites to spend time in the morning and evening. But the unique selling point is the private sunbathing terrace with private water entry. It gives the sense of privacy and comfort and water is great for snorkeling with quite reach sea life. Highly recommended!
Cetara is a great place to feel the Italian way. The small conversations with the locals and not to overwhelmed with tourist (April / May) and this helps. We felt that Amalfi is nice but to over rated. Cetara brings you back in time.

CETARA is a cost-effective option for accommodation on the Amalfi Coast. However it is a very small fishing village and hence nothing much to do. We found that the quality of restaurants were not up to our expectations although the prices were very high.

Great location for exploring the Amalfi coast due to good Bus and ferry connections. Also not as crowded as other places on the Amalfi Coast, so great for going to the beach and to restaurants. Pompei, Vesuvius and Ercolano are also close enough to visit from Cetara on day trips.

The apartment is very modern and the kitchen had everything you needed. The finishings were high quality and the place was spotless. The location is about 500m from the ferry up a gentle hill. It is located on the main street within walking distance to many great restaurants. The host was so accommodating and very helpful. He responded quickly and helped recommend a shuttle too. This is a fantastic place for a short visit to Cetara. The only downside was the place was a little closed in as there is no balcony and only a few small port size ( 2’x4’) windows. There is a bench right outside the door beside the common staircase leading up to other homes to get some fresh air. Cetara is a beautiful town with very kind welcoming people.

Cetara is a rather unknown city on the Amalfi coast.
Cetara is a rather unknown city on the Amalfi coast. It is known tor the seefood and rather relaxed atmosphere. It's just much more quiet and down to earth than Amalfi city or Positano, and I mean that in a good way. There is a small but nice beach, possibility to take a ferry along the Amalfi coast and several hiking possibilities for those who want to experience more than the sealife.
There are several good restaurants serving fresh local seafood. We had the impression that the tourists were mostly locals.
My stay at Casetta di Mary was great!
It was a one minute walk from the bus station, so it was pretty doable with my heavy bag (1 stair up and one stair down).
The apartment had everything I needed. It was also very clean, shower was relaxing.
There are nice restaurants nearby and you are very close to the sea.
Cetara is a nice fisherman town, and from here it was very easy to travel to towns like Positano, Amalfi, Vietri Sul mare.
Im so happy we found this space hidden between the lemon trees in the hills of Cetara. The owner Roberto has created the perfect environment to switch off and relax. Also his knowledge of the surrounding area was really helpful.
We found it easy to get around and to explore as the bus/boats were within walking distance.
We had a beautiful experience camping here, even in the rain, one I highly recommend!!
Stella Maris is within walking distance of the village center, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was very kind, and she acted quickly to resolve issues. A major plus for me was the canarino, who lives above Stella Maris, singing his heart out on my last morning in Cetara.
Great room with amazing hosts in a lovely village. Cetara was the perfect location to explore the Amalfi Coast from and spend time on the beach. The B&B is extremely well located in the center of the village with supermarkets, restaurants etc close by. Our room was nice and cozy, the bathroom was nice and the air conditioning worked fine.
Very nice and comfy room with stunning view (with SPA bath "Mille Volte"). Comfortable and big bed. Hotel has personal beach and parking (this is very important for Amalfy coast). Very attentive personnel. Room has been cleaned every day. There is cozy village Cetara near the hotel with good places to eat.
Small apartment with everything a couple may need to stay in the heart of Cetara. There is a living room area with a kitchen useful in case you want to cook a light meal. The bathroom is comfortable. The location is the apartment's main attractive.
Martina our host was fantastic , she met us at the property and showed us all the workings at the faculty . The location and view is absolutely spectacular with the authentic gushing village if Cetara a true gem with all that one could ask for !
I believe it’s the best value for money if you seek for Amalfi hotel with own beach. the rest are saw were 1st line and alike. The beach (and access to it) was very private and really amazing and good service (boys were very good and nice)
Francesco was extremely kind. He responded promptly and was very helpful. Although the place is small, it has everything you keed for a comfy stay. Also, the breakfast was probably the best of our stay in Italy. And we loved Cetara!!
A lovely, peaceful B&B. I wish I had stayed longer. It was very clean and in a great location. Cetara is a great place to stay for exploring the Amalfi coast. If I come back to the Amalfi coast I would definitely stay at Reginella.
The place is nice and Cetara itself is a very beautiful small village. We had apartment with panoramic view and it was really spacious and clean. Antonietta is a really sweet woman and always ready to help and answer any questions.
The host is what everyone would want as a tourist, meaning that they're are typical Italian with love to give and to make sure that we're comfortable.
The breakfast was amazing + the view on the lovely main street of Cetara.
Spacious apartment that slept 4. Good kitchen and refrigerator. Close walk to town. Cetara is fantastic, quiet village on the Amalfi coast. Wonderful swimming in the ocean every day. Great, affordable restaurants.
beautiful apartment in great location. absolutely spotless. hostess was so kind and helped us when our horrible rental car broke down, wonderful place to stay in Cetara. can’t recommend enough!
Carmen and Chiara are very welcoming, kind and generous hosts. Cetara is a beautiful place and perfect for exploring the coast. Wonderful stay and recommend it highly
