The hotel is managed by a charming elderly couple who were extremely hospitable. They transformed their spacious home into a hotel with delightful grounds situated in a lovely neighborhood, approximately an hour away from the FCO airport. We were happy to find a small elevator that was available for us to take our luggage up to our rooms. The suite is situated on the second floor, while the smaller room is on the third.

Very friendly and communicative people. Had the chance to talk about the trip and the places we wanted to visit and got a few more recommendations also. The house has a small pool and the property has jacuzzi in the bathroom. It's a pity I couldn't stay longer to enjoy everything even more.

Owner met us at the property and very kindly let us check in a lot earlier. Throughout our stay he was very friendly and also checked in with us several times via message to make sure that we were ok and had what we needed. The property itself is a very good size and well equipped.
