A surprisingly stylish, modern boutique hotel overlooking the sea with spacious, contemporary rooms, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The space in the room was cleverly executed with a good sized wardrobe, coffee station, a terrific shower and great toiletries.
There's a lovely terraced garden overlooking the bay with comfortable sunbeds and a path down to the sea and the swimming pool has a great view. We stayed for three nights at the end of September and would have stayed longer except they were closing for the winter.
Breakfast was good with options cooked to order and it was only a ten minute walk into the middle of town for dinner.

Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town.
Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town. Lots of boats coming to the marina, lots of nice hotels, and great beaches. A good selection of restaurants and bars, and shops. I would recommend to couples, families who like watersports, friends.

Sivota and the surrounding area constitute a concealed treasure within Epiros. Abundantly verdant, characterized by rolling hills, secret coves, and a mix of small to mid-sized beaches, it is an ideal destination for both sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.

Sivota is a beautiful and quiet village with many beautiful beaches.
From Sivota you can go to Acherontas River for rafting and swimming in the river, Perama Cave to see the Stalactites & Stalagmites and to Parga. Also you can take a cruise to Paxos and Antipaxos.

It is a sweet little town.
It is a sweet little town. We enjoyed to walk early morning in port, to have a breakfast, and take the dinner at night. There are some perfect restaurants in port. There were lots of beaches around the town, and a port not to far to travel to Kerkyra by car.

We have visited Sivota several times.
We have visited Sivota several times. It's a great choice if you want a small, quiet and very beautiful place. In June and September it's not crowded like Rhodes and Crete. You might need a car if you want to go on sightseeing outside the town - e.g. the wonderful coastal town Parga, Corfu is only 1½ hour away, or you can find Archeon River further up in the valley. A car is also valid if you don't want to climb the steep roads up from the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants in the town and at the harbour front - no gourmet here, but still acceptable. Our favourite is Blue Coast and afterwards Bamboo Place for a couple of ouzos or cocktails.

WE are arriving to Sivota already for the 8-9th time and we love it. Now after 3 years (COVID) we traveled also / again with our Kids and the nice thing is, Some of the good places, are recognizing us, the kids (they being with us from their Babytime)
Regardless that it has grown as all Sea Destinations, many new hotels open, and it has become fuller.
People are nice, regardless the stress to serve, but Food and Quality makes us coming back next years. Even if we might buy a flat.
Charming little apartment complex at the silent end of Syvota. Comfy bed. Soundproof rooms. Nice bathroom. Demetris is a committed, friendly and charming host. Runs an amazing villaggio, with all that a guest can desire for, always available and smiling. All staff are nice and friendly, from gardener to cleaning lady. Beautiful garden. Catering is available at the bar, beach is 150 metres away w/drinks and sunbeds. Ionian coast is beautiful, Syvota is less crowded than Parga - just can recomment.
Our stay at hotel Akropolis was a very nice experience. The hotel is one of the best value for money accommodations i have ever stayed. It is exceptionally clean, room is spacious, beds are comfy, it has AC for the very hot Greek summer days, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. It is located approx. 10 min on feet from the heart of Sivota. I would highly recommend this hotel :)
We spent 4 days at Captain Mikes‘s Villa and had the best time! The house is lovely, the garden is just wonderful and the location is also stunning - a cute beach is just a 5 minutes walk away and you can easily reach syvota to visit a couple of small beautiful islands. Stavros always answered us right away and was very helpful. We were really happy to stay there :)
Great hotel. Room was large, comfortable and very clean. Located a few miles out of Sivota but easily reached by car or taxi. Loved having the pool and beach with free sun beds for hotel guests. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and food in the restaurant.
The hotel was locatet in a small quiet bay in the northen part of Sivota. Highly recomended for families or people who needs quiet and not crowdy places. Very clean and chilly sea due to underground whater sources leaking inside the sea!
Everything was great, apartment is very big comparing to other apartments in Greece, everything is new and with great quality. Also i like that apartment is naturally "cold",you don't need AC,mayby blancket :) in summer.
Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff.
Exceptionally clean respecting all COVID-19 measures. In front of the hotel there is the Agia Paraskevi beach , one of the best in the area. A bit little expensive though.
I was clean, nice room, super view. Easy communication, perfect location. Good value for money. We stayed only one night but defenetly is a place where to stay for the whole vacation in Syvota.
The independent stone house was very comfortable, very clean. The independent pool was cleaned everyday by the staff. The place was very close to a small beach. Everything was perfect.
The rooms are very comfortable and brand new! Central airconditioning was a very pleasant surprise! Daily cleaning, very friendly staff and walking distance from the center of Syvota!
