we had the option to choose between firm and soft mattress and we chose the firm one and it was great for our back. The fridge and the mirror in the room was helpful. The owner was helpful and kind and he even arranged our transfer to the hotel next door at his expense due to the renovation works in his hotel. We hope Alkion hotel will be beautiful after the renovation.

Everything The resort is well positioned, with fantastic views and has a luxury feel about it Special shout out to the owner/ manager Peter who knows all about hospitality. We especially appreciated his extra touches- like the complimentary light meal when we arrived late and the offer of a ( very) late check out on departure- his suggestion- not ours The staff to a man or woman were delightful- especially on reception, the bar staff and Anastasia- who couldn’t do enough for us

Nice hotel! It has a large swimming pool! I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, its location 10 minutes from Chania bus station, the bus stop is 100 meters from the hotel, for its staff to take care of all customers, for breakfast which is really excellent. A big thank you also to the owners who take care of all their staff and customers, they make sure everything is good! I will be back with great pleasure!

Excellent location, best beaches and bars are accross the road. Apartment is nice and clean, perfect value for price, well equipped with fridge, A/C, kitchenette, etc. The landlord is the sweetest lady ever, very kind and she gave us home made cookies, loved them!
