We only stayed here for a few hours before catching our red eye flight back, we intended to use it as a place to rest, nap, before heading to the airport at the end of our trip.

Located in centre of the island. Immaculately clean throughout. A really comfortable bed and a great breakfast. The staff were amazing, very helpful and kind. Our first morning without asking they asked how long our stay was on the island and using a map prepared a list of places to visit and a route for us to follow. Great advice about restaurants, transport including ferries. I would definitely return and choose this hotel without hesitation. You won’t be disappointed!

The apartment is not on mail road, car transfer won't go in to the alley way, just need to walk 5 minutes to the property.
Monica is rather nice and informative and Dimitri is always helpful. Private jacuzzi is definitely a plus.

Had a wonderful stay at White Haven Cave Home. Our host Stamatina was amazing and so very helpful with our questions.

Mesaria is a very small 'crossroads' town with the main road being very busy with traffic especially large trucks.
There are some lovely local restaurants which serve good food at reasonable prices and two supermarkets. A good bakery sells miniature ice-creams that are very welcome in the heat and there is a small souvenir shop.

We loved the Galini restaurant and left their business card in the apartment. It is only 5 minutes by car and we went there 4 times, each time great food, huge portions, fast service, soft Greek music and next to a pretty pebble beach. Mostly Greek customers it seems though English menu available. All the seafood dishes are heavenly ! Mixed grill of seafood for two is amazing value. See 2 pictures of Galini.

The town was in a fairly rural area and seemed to be inhabited by locals more than tourists which was exactly what we wanted for our trip. All the shops you could need are within a short walk (although be prepared to walk up and down some steep inclines).
I strongly recommend finding Vothonaki Café/Meze/Bar, very friendly staff with very good English (And very happy to hear you attempting Greek) and can help recommend tours and activities and such. Some of the best food we had all week.

For a first visit to Santorini i feel I should have chosen Fira to be close to everything. The bus to our accomodation drops us about 10 min walk from the house and it is quite a walk.... If you rent a quad that won t be an issue though.

The room is really spacious and has the luxurious feel to it. The bathroom has a lot of space as well to put your towels, clothes and every piece of bathing equipments you usually need to bring. The staff is really helpful and will do extra to make their guests happy. The close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service will make this a perfect accommodation if you're looking for a place to stay near the airport.

I'm very satisfied with this room.
I'm very satisfied with this room. Everything is very nice and clean. The landlord was very friendly and helped us a lot! Very recommended here! I really like it! I hope we'll come back next time.
Beautiful hotel, great rooms and nice swimming pool/sunbathing area. Super friendly staff who are happy to assist you with the logistics of your stay in Santorini (transfers, activities, recommendations etc). Very generous in-room breakfast. Convenient location as is close to airport (but no plane noise), port and served by local buses. Would definitely choose again this hotel should I happen to return to Santorini! Big thanks to Dimitris and his dad for making us feel very welcome on the island.
The staff here are amazing. Very knowledgeable about places to eat and local attractions.
Originally my partner and I planned to walk/ bus around Santorini, however we quickly learned this was not a wise idea (lack of footpaths (normally sharing road with cars). On our first night discussed with host and he organised a moped/ bike for our trip, which was delivered and collected from the hotel and the price was better than most other rentals.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Whitewashed Houses! They are very well located in a quite traditional village of Santorini and very close to all the interesting places of this beautiful island. Our room was really cozy, with a very elegant minimalist decoration. Owners were very helpful, always available and willing to give us a lot of tips for lunch, villages and some non touristic spots! Thank you for all! You make an amazing job!
The rooms at this hotel are over the top. Luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Everything is immaculately clean and the rooms and the common areas of the hotel.
It is close to the airport and is an ideal place for those who plan on renting a vehicle to see the rest of Santorini.
The hotel provides complimentary transportation to and from the airport.
The staff are warm, friendly, and concerned about their guests.
Centrally located in the middle of the island, so not far from many destinations. beautiful pool area and decently sized rooms for the value with everything you need. I stayed for 1 night as a stopover to get to the port, which was perfectly located not far from this hotel.
Flexible staff that worked well with my flight delay, which was very appreciative!
It is chic, stylish, fabulously well equipped and maintained. Good proximity to all attractions on the island and very peaceful. comfy beds, great bathrooms great breakfast and Guan, the owner, and all his staff are very helpful and lovely. Good tips about Santorini dos and don’ts, plus great homemade banana cake!
it’s my second visit, which says it all!
The apartment/house is in excellent condition, so clean and comfortable really high quality furnishing, bedding, bathroom etc really nice.
The host was amazingly helpful and friendly. Provided nice extras like some drinks and snacks so you had everything you needed to start you off for your trip. She helped with taxi booking and local recommendations.
We did not stay at Alluvial Santorini Suites, as we were moved at the last minute by the manager, due to an issue with the previous guests. We were told that we would be given an 'upgrade' in their sister hotel, nearby. We were moved to Acave Suites. The room was very clean, modern and very peaceful inside with a comfortable bed and also a jaccuzzi.
Some of the facilities could benefit from refurbishment, but the hotel is great value, for Santorini.
Good location, well connected by bus to various places around the island, and 30-min walk to the airport which is doable (if you don't have a car and want to avoid extortionate Santorini transfers).
What a gorgeous hotel! Beautiful views of the ocean, very clean and amazingly friendly and helpful staff! Food was great as well. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to the airport. We took taxi's daily to different parts of the island and the hotel did an amazing job coordinating it each time.
A brilliant place to stay when in Santorini:
-Recently redone rooms that are comfortable with beautiful finishes.
-The staff are very friendly and helpful.
-Very close to bus stop, with a bus that takes 5 minutes to get into Fira
-Convenient location near supermarket, restaurants and bakery
Best place to stay! Second stay here when coming to Santorini and will be booking for a third as soon as we can. Me and my partner love the location of the hotel, the staff and cleaners and great, very helpful and kind and the breakfast is delicious also. Highly recommend.
very clean, organized and super cute. amazing friendly staff.
the hotel is in the center which made it very convenient to get to any location within Santorini.
loved how close its to Kamari beach which was one of our favorite beaches.
The view; the staff especially Kosti (hope thats the correct way to write it) who was extraordinarily attentive; the breakfast; the atmosphere; the helpfulness...to sum up, this hotel pushed our Santorini experience to another level
The breakfast was very good, and served at the time we wanted. The accommodation was very charming, and a great way to discover a bit of the true Santorini.
