I loved the balcony for watching the sunrise. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, very close to Fira town and the bus station for getting around the island. It was also very close to a great spot for watching the sunset.

This hotel is in the most incredible location on the west coast of Santorini with amazing views over the caldera. It is also decorated to a very high standard and the staff are very helpful. Lots of steps though so not for anyone with limited mobility.

The hotel has a great view, where you can take the most beautiful pictures of Santorini, giving you a perfect holiday experience. Their staff were very friendly and attentive to your needs, preparing breakfast and giving you travelling advice! The room was also lovely and I was very happy with that.

Rooms are typical cave type rooms new renovated with windows at the ocean. We had a terrace few steps away from our room with beautiful sun-set view. The staff is extremely friendly, very helpful and breakfast were excellent. The hotel has a great location - it is located in the town which has everything you need and is very quiet in comparison to towns like Fira (15 min walk) or Oia. We rented a scooter and visited everything we wanted and everything was close. We definitely recommend the hotel.

From airport and back we were so well looked after with transfers and help booking trips! Staff were incredible and the room was absolutely top draw! Would recommend in a heart beat!

There was everything to like and MORE. From the moment of our arrival Dimitris was more than helpful with information on trips, tours and restuarents all of which we tried and were excellent.The staff in hotel were amazing nothing was too much trouble.Fiorel at breakfeast was always so pleasent in the mornings. Tamara our room attendant was Simply the best not great english but could communicate and she is beautiful !

Great location, very friendly staff. They helped and gave us absolutely everything we needed. We had a flight early in the morning and the room was free and ready, so they checked-in us immediately and gave us an extra mini breakfast. I can't recommend this place enough! The amazing view and jacuzzi on the territory is something else. The room was very nice and comfy. We'll definitely book it again!

From the very second we walked in The Tsitouras Collection we knew we had made THE VERY BEST CHOICE! Delightful, amazing, brilliant, superb, wonderful, overwhelmed ... aren't enough words to describe how we felt! We took ages to find this amazing hotel to stay and it was not only the amazing photos, but the reviews did all the talking and this place far exceeded every expectation we had! George the Manager is a one off!! He is fantastic, such a people person, takes so much time and has a wealth of knowledge! Every single member of staff are all amazing. Monji greeted us and showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know with such compassion and love for his job. When we saw our room... Well... it bought a tear to our eyes (both of us!!) It was exquisite! We stayed in The House of Nureyev because it had it's own private balcony. Oh my goodness the view is too amazing for words! It has its own sunbeds and table and chairs to dine. We saw the most amazing sunset from the comfort of our own balcony with no crowds! The whole suite is so fantastic with gorgeous antiques, beautifully cool and extremely clean and comfy!! The food it absolutely gorgeous and very fresh using the finest ingredients. We cannot fault one thing. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in! We truly didn't want to leave.
