The location is fabulous, and the main building, rooms and spa clean and atmospheric. The spa is a strong point given the indoor and outdoor facilities. The food, once delivered, was superb and was the highlight of the stay, especially breakfast. If you are allergic to dog hair, stay away, as all the rooms (including bedrooms) are doggy friendly - a plus and negative!

Our second stay at The Od Bell and it really is the staff that make it an enjoyable stay. They are all friendly and helpful. We needed to check out early on Monday morning and they organised sandwiches and fruit for our journey as we needed to leave before breakfast.
We did have the cooked breakfast on the Sunday which was delicious.
Bed very comfortable.

Great for walking and cycling - peaceful location. Small market town with several supermarkets and local shops. Nice walk around Nature Reserve and lake. Best walks up into the fields beyond the railway line - especially in the winter snow.

We visit this hotel annually when we go to Longleat which is very close. We love the character. This year we had a family room which gave us masses of space. Free parking. Wetherspoons breakfast downstairs, 2 bottles water, chocolate as well as tea and coffee in room. Love the secondary double glazing which doubles as fridge for water and juice. Very quiet on top floor.

Easy to park near the high Street. Spent 2 hours walking around shops and local area. Followed a 'blue plaque' walk we downloaded. We thought this was a nice old town to potter around before visiting relatives nearby.

Lovely Hotel with very friendly, polite staff.
Lovely Hotel with very friendly, polite staff. Great location with lovely grounds. Very quiet and tranquil Hotel and not far from shops etc if you require them. I will definitely go back again for a nice relaxing break.
Good food and drinks - excellent selection of menu items. I ordered from the tapas menu for dinner and had lots of options to choose from. Breakfast was great - lots of different cooked or continental items to choose from. The room was large, comfortable and had everything I needed for a business trip - a desk, plenty of outlets for the laptop, phone, etc and plenty of room to spread out and relax after work. This would be a good stop for exploring the area when not at work, plenty of parking and close to local attractions.
We had an exceptional stay at the Weymouth Arms, we booked this hotel because of its close location to Longleat. The staff we all really friendly and did their upmost to accommodate us. The rooms were spotless, spacious and homely. The breakfast was included in the cost of the room and it was beautiful, there was lots of variety and the food was all very high quality. I feel the Weymouth Arms really deserve a 10/10, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and I would definitely stay again.
The Angel Inn is a very nice place to explore the region, with a perfect situation in between Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and the nice Wiltshire landscape. The very old house does have a nice ancient charme. The stuff is nice and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant serves good meals at the end of a tiring vacation day. We very lucky: the chamber was huge. The location is calm.
Wow! What a little hidden gem! We was not expecting the cottage to be as amazing as it was! everything and I mean EVERYTHING has been thought about to cater for everyone. Everything was so fresh, clean & comfy - it really was like a home from home. Cannot recommend granary cottage enough and when we are coming back to the area, we will definitely be booking into granary cottage again.
Excellent location for us, meeting family from various locations to celebrate a significant birthday with visits to Long Leat and Stourhead.
We are all foodies so it was great to have a well equipped kitchen. And plenty of space for the 6 adults in our group. Pretty little hamlet and Warminster is a nice town with good walks around.
Quiet location, good parking. Really lovely little cottage, spotlessly clean, everything you could need in the kitchen. Good location for Warminster, Longleat and Bath. Lovely soft bedding. Huge bath, gorgeous shower.
Pretty garden and outside area. Very comfy beds with lots of pillows and cushions. Great TV. and excellent Wifi.
It was very quiet, which was good. It was within walking distance of a nature reserve, a park with a lake and Warminster town centre. The bedroom was OK and the bed was comfortable also the settees were comfy in the living room.
The hot tub was nice, and there is space to park the car right next to the lodge.
staff were super friendly and helpful with questions we hd about area. value for money was fantastic! we were so shocked how nice the room and bathroom was for the value! food is served until 11pm which was fantastic after an evening at Longleat Centre Parcs spa.
The room was a excellent size and the ensuite was ideal. It was comfortable. All the staff were friendly, they made you feel welcome.
The breakfast was ideal, served hot, no problems.
All the areas within the Bath Arms were found to be clean.
easy to find, good parking, characterful old hotel with clean bar and decent food ( nice Thai menu as well as traditional pub food ) Staff pleasant enough. room and hotel all clean and tidy. lovely courtyard area with tables.
A very friendly pub. My room was large and comfortable. The pub has a lovely garden, which leads to the river. Breakfast was excellent. The village is quiet and within easy drive to Warminster, Longleat and Stonehenge.
Dinner was amazing, good quality steak. Tidy and stylish family room but cleanliness needs addressing.
Overall a lovely family friendly hotel. We stayed here just for one night after spending the day at Longleat safari.
Dinner and breakfast were excellent, hotel was lovely and just what we expected, only issue which we didnt mind but the children did was no wifi in the bedrooms.
