Rooms were large and well maintained with all conveniences. The ground floor had many spacious and comfortable sitting areas and a very good restaurant as well as a bar area serving drinks and food. It was in the perfect location and near all of the places we had to go to. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxed and calm.
Set in 10 acres of mature parkland, the site is situated on the edge of the village of North Runcton, 1.5 miles from the Hardwick roundabout where the A47, A10, A149 and A17 meet.

Too be fair everything met our expectations including the sunny weather. We didnt have an evening meal just a toasted sandwich which was a door stop to treasure. The breakfast was as requested and very tasty.
Overall it’s a great option for an overnight stay with a pub attached. Sky sports included in the main areas.
