Everything! The three of us meet up every year, as we are old university friends who take it in turn to organise venue etc. It was my turn this year and as a very old Kings Boy, born and brought up in Worcester I thought it was about time we met up there. I booked the Diglis for its location and the, only, good memories I had previously had of drinking there, plus my parents who still live in Worcester had recently eaten with you and highly recommended the service.
The biggest recommendation I can give you is that my friends have never gone so overboard before on the praise of both the hotel and the location - clearly the weather made it even more perfect. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful from the checking in/out team, to the bar staff to the breakfast team. The hotel and garden were clean and well maintained and we all loved the rooms we had in the annex.
Both myself and my friends would definitely stay with you again when/if in Worcester and will be recommending you to anyone who asks.

Liked everything! Stylish, spacious enough for a long weekend ( only stopped 1 night this time), very comfortable beds, good shower, tea & coffee making facilities & fresh milk. Nice wine glasses were unexpected but useful!. Outdoor seating area on first floor was lovely.
