Location was perfect with sea view. Small apartment only suitable for two but every comfort required for a perfect stay. Immaculately clean. The owner resides above the property and was on hand at all times should anything be required.

Very expensive for one night and it didn’t include breakfast ! - I do feel it was extremely expensive for what it was therefore not value for money,.. stupidly I made the mistake for pay extra £12.00 for breakfast and didn’t have it as had to go to work, I did ask fo a refund and was was told no this was not possible. I would not stay there again

The location. All members of staff were both professional and courteous.
The Mumbles Carlton Hotel overlooks Swansea Bay in the centre of Mumbles Village. Many rooms have sea views. The hotel has been recently been refurbished, and all rooms have an en suite bathroom.
In Swansea’s historic Maritime Quarter, Morgans Hotel provides luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi, 5 minutes’ walk from the city centre. This grade II listed building also has a stylish bar.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the lovely ladies on reception who welcomed us.
Great location, an easy walk from city centre and old port area restaurants, shops etc. Plenty of parking.
Excellent value £15 full breakfast including Welsh breakfast option, all the usual cold options even including Portuguese custard tarts.
Beautiful restoration of public spaces including lovely large bar.

This beachfront hotel has dramatic views of Swansea Bay, and is a short stroll from the town centre. The M4 motorway, golf courses and the Gower Peninsula are nearby.

Many previous reviews state the bungalow needs a lot of TLC, and this is certainly true, Amy is charging top dollar for uncared for ill maintained accommodation, reviews going back 12 months comment on the same issues we encountered, she came up with excuses but not prepared to refund or compensate even though she was claiming through her insurance!!
The impression is she is only interested in making money not providing the service paid for!

Lovely town, great independent shops and bars. Good beach and close to even more amazing ones! Lovely area, fabulous views and a great place for a break. Don’t forget to have a Joe’s ice cream….it’s heavenly!
