The staff were less than acommodating. Elizabet has a major attitude problem and there were drugged up people all around. When I alerted staff they turned a blind eye.Lots of guests stink of weed as you pass them in the corridor. The rooms are great but sometimes you get hald the size of room you pay for if it is busy. I had an agreement eith the cleaner about a late checkout as she would clean my room last and I had Elizabet knocking on my door telling me to get out. they need to communicate more together The location is stunning, the rooms are lovely and clean and I love this hotel but the staff are an issue which means I wont choose this hotel agin which is a shame because I actually love it there and the river is so therapeutic
