A real find. We were looking for an easy, dog-friendly one night layover on the way to the Lakes, and we found it. Lovely location and great staff. Dawn was brilliant.

The pub is very nice. Food decent. Especially liked the music choices which were not too loud but enjoyable. The serving staff were very nice too.

We were only staying overnight but had a few hours to walk round the centre of Knutsford. It is very old, picturesque, some lovely independent shops. It backs onto Tatton Park and has a central train station.

Very interesting place.
Very interesting place. Three parallel streets, beautiful shops (not enough time to visit), more restaurants than I had expected for a small place and a railway station with connection to Manchester.; this is how I plan to visit next time. Of course the closeness to Tatton park which was the main reason for our visit.

Customer service was outstanding, the size of the rooms and facilities made the stay luxurious, breakfast and the club lounge meant each day started and ended on a high. Taxis are reasonable and easy to obtain with just 30mins drive from Manchester and 10mins from Knutsford town.

Knutsford has a very safe feel to it, even in the town...
Knutsford has a very safe feel to it, even in the town centre. There are a variety of independent shops that caters for all tastes. Plus some historical places. There are a lot of different eateries to suit every budget and generally just had a lovely feel to the place. I am only sorry I was only there one day but will be going back to explore more.
It was precisely the sort of place we were looking for. Away from the towns, but close enough to do any shopping we needing to do (groceries and the like). Dave and Emma are wonderful hosts and were always ready to assist when needed or just have a friendly chat. Everything was ready and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The cottage itself was everything we could have hoped for and having a washing machine in the cottage was an added bonus, especially considering how long we were staying. It truly was helpful!
We were delighted with the quality of this accommodation. The owner left us Tea, Coffee, Milk, Orange, 2 Beers and home made flapjack, which was much appreciated. The fixtures and fitting were high quality and there is a lovely courtyard area outside with table and chairs to relax in. It is only a short walk into Knutsford, a delightful town with some lovely eateries, bars and cafes.
Thank you Jess for the opportunity to stay in this stylish property.

We have stayed at the property a number of times. The hotel is clean and has a nice feel. We had a room facing the lake which we tend to book as the view is nice. We stay here because we tend to go into Knutsford for a meal and a drink so can’t comment on Browns restaurant other than breakfast which was nice and well organised. We ate in the club house restaurant and sat by the lake at lunchtime and the food and service was good.
The room was an excellent size. The bar man (albeit Agency staff on his 1st night) had excellent customer service skills.
As did the Receptionist who both looked after us and exceeded our expectations, and they made us feel valued as customers/guests
The hotel is in beautifully landscaped gardens and in an excellent location for RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park & Knutsford
Moss Farm was in a quiet location, handy for rural walks and convenient for our trips to Manchester and Liverpool. The accommodation was of a high spec, clean and warm, and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Kitchen facilities were a bonus for B&B accommodation! A very enjoyable stay, thank you!
This was so much better than an airport hotel. The room was just above and beyond and I loved the farm. The horses were so friendly and so was the little doggo. It's just down the road from historic Knutsford. I picked up a copy of Elizabeth Gaskell to read in the lovely room. Breakfast was awesome as well.
It’s in a perfect location for the town center of Knutsford. We were able to walk everywhere, even to friend's houses who lived nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed super comfortable.
2nd time staying at the hotel. Staff very friendly and attentive, rooms clean and comfortable, food was excellent. Really enjoyed the leisure facilities and couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely be back again. Thank you
the view the walk, and the location. it’s a relaxing place. also staff were friendly, Phil was so helpful to give us information about the hotel, also about the nearest attraction, and helped us with the luggage.
The actual pub is lovely. The downtown location was fantastic. Breakfast was good. Historical aspect was really nice. The bed was comfortable. One of the two women at the front check in was really nice.
Iconic town centre location. Easy walk to restaurants. Good breakfast. Well appointed room. Good entertainment on the Friday night (guitar / singer duo) Volume level about right. We'd stay again.
Hotel was modern and very clean.
Front of House team were great and dealt with the one issue we had straight away.
Location is quite good, quick drive into Knutsford or a 20/25minute walk.
Lovely room. Spacious and well decorated etc. ideally located for the town centre, restaurants and bars. Also Tatton Park is just 3 minutes walk away. Staff were very nice and helpful.
