Very nice B&B with wonderful staff. Located near the Ferry to Rosslare (Ireland). It had a nice shower and breakfast. We had a nice talk with the owner on arrival and she put a nice chocolate next to the bed.
Seasidesteps is a b+b and offers a continental breakfast for 1st night ,but can also be used as an appartment for longer stays.

Beautifully recently renovated farmhouse. Large comfortable room with beautiful bathroom overlooking a pond. Hot shower underfloor heating that can be controlled in the room. Great breakfast. Lounge room for guests with wood burning stove, heaps of books, games, and record player and lots of vinyl to use…
Adrian and Sue couldn’t be more helpful and put on the fire for us in advance of us coming back in the evening after we had been out for dinner. We sat there and played cards , listened to music and drank some of our wine that we had stored in the fridge in the big farmhouse kitchen. Very relaxing.
It's a great base location for exploring the area.
It's a great base location for exploring the area. There's plenty of nice coastal walks that are only a short drive away. The town itself is quite small but still has plenty to offer. There's history with the fort and last invasion gallery, the lower town is very cute and you're spoiled for choice with food and drink - lots of very good quality cafes, restaurants and pubs.

In Fishguard to take ferry to Ireland so didn't see much of it. Looks a nice coastal town but obviously the ferry port overwhelms the town.
If using the ferry services directions are clear and plenty of space to park and wait if arrive early.
Stayed overnight in The Ferryboat which was lovely and highly recommended.

A lovely little town and great base to explore local sites and coves. Great walking, lovely quaint streets, easy shopping at the CoOp. Exploring pathways and surrounds was fascinating.
A short drive to St David’s. We were there mainly for the Challenge Fishguard Triathlon. A great event.

Fishguard is a relatively small port/leisure town in North Pembrokeshire. There are pleasant walks and old properties and chapels. Good views out to the hills and sea from various viewpoints, Shopping choices are somewhat limited but there is a largeish Co op Stores and many independents. There is a pleasant cafe facing the Square opposite St Mary's Church (Bopty Cafe) and the Royal Oak Pub has a large terrace to the rear with sea views and offers a variety of food and drink with an outside bar in good weather, Live jazz was being played outside when I visited, there was a soap box derby and fair in the park and a number of other folk and music/dancing events which made for a happy and civilised summer feel. A walk along the breakwater at Goodwick is pleasant or a day trip to Ireland on the ferry. There is a good local cinema showing many current films and live showings. The gallery along west street (Miles Pepper) is worth a trip. Check out the Fishguard Music Festival in September and Aberjazz in the Spring.

Distance between dock, village, train station and waterfront...
Distance between dock, village, train station and waterfront are quite large, so transport is needed. Some sort of shuttle service would be great as it is often windy and wet, so walking would be challenging.
The cottage is in a great location close to the shops and amenities Fishguard has to offer. With lovely walks from the cottage around Marines walk or down to lower Fishguard Harbour. The cottage is very well stocked with all the house appliances you'll need and the bath is so lovely to lay in. And the garden is very quaint. We were very lucky with the weather but if the temperature does drop the heating is very good. We both had a quiet and relaxing holiday at Crow cottage. Thank you. 😁
We liked everything about the place but especially the friendliness of the owner ... it was lovely to be greeted with such a welcome especially as it was quite late at night .. the breakfast was lovely .. great variety and plenty of it .. ..room was comfortable and clean ...when we couldn't get a taxi into Fishguard because we hadnt booked in advance the owner was kind enough to drop us in ... went over and above to meet all our requirements....we will be back..
From the moment we pulled up at the door there was a lovely welcoming feeling.
Our host Steve was there to meet us and made us feel very at home and what a place! full of character and charm.
The town of Fishguard was a real discovery and having a stroll and cool-off swim at the lower harbour we wished we were only starting our trip not on the return leg. Steve our host was the magic element and we plan to be back. Anne and Alan.
The Hamilton Cottage was extremely comfy and centrally located in Fishguard. There was even a Chinese takeaway directly opposite the property. The rooms were warm and cosy. Parking was very close by (public car park). The host was easily contactable and very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire property was very clean. Perfect for families.
Very friendly and easily contactable host. Very informative, friendly and comunative.
Well equipped and very comfortable, cosy accommodation.
Excellent location with fantastic sea view and within walking distance to the harbour and pub!
A must stay in the Fishguard area. Highly recommended!!
A small cottage in the hills above Fishguard with stunning local views, fairly basic furnishings, well stocked galley style kitchen, good bathroom and wifi, private and peaceful, basic shopping needs in nearby Fishguard and larger supermarkets in Haverfordwest.
I loved the feeling of "not the hotel feeling" . Like you are a guest in a person's home. Which in some ways is just that. Apart from having to pay of course.
Very welcoming, clean, nice tea and coffee. Access to your own TV, a nice plus.
The breakfast was amazing, I have never been to a hotel that offers cherries, blueberries and dates!
Very friendly host.
Free parking right outside our room was very much appreciated.
Comfortable beds. Very quiet area.
Ideal place to stay when getting the late boat from Rosslare. Lovely clean bedroom, friendly owner, nothing a problem - undestands whtat late night travellers require. Will stay again if/when i arrive late in Fishguard.
Great in town location. Within walking distance of many dining options. Also great hiking options. Easy drive to other Welsh treasures, particularly spectacular is St. David.
The room was perfectly situated and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the linen/towels were a nice quality. The food was good and the staff were friendly.
