Spacious, fantastic guest lounge and comfortable bed. Good parking, extremely friendly hosts, property very well situated for Brecon Beacons. Breakfast was delightful, plentiful and set us up for the day. Very good value for money and would highly recommend.

First room we were allocated was awful. No better than a youth hostel accommodation even though they knew my husband has mobility problems. However when I said we couldn't possibly stay in there we were found alternative accommodation . Nothing was toomuch trouble for the staff, they were amazing. Fantastic breakfast as usual.

Nice and quiet little village, but has a very fast main road running through, so there is a lot of road noise if you are staying near the road.
It has a god central location so there are lots of walks not too far away.

Great base for walking, close to Brecon Beacons & the Usk Valley but also some local sights, the old church, & reputed oldest Yew Tree were fascinating, & the walk to Spennybridge is pleasant.
