The Staff where all fantastic, I found them very attentive / friendly and helpfull in all aspects of my stay ,
the mini bar in my room was kept well stocked , my room was spacious / warm , with a fantastic bathroom, { plenty of Hot water}
From my window I had a wonderful view across the magnificent Shropshire countryside , very idilic. couldnt of been better.

I asked to change room from the attic room because I am asthmatic and felt closed in with no view and only a small window, staff was very helpful, understanding and moved us to a lovely room with a balcony which gave us more light and airy.
