Just outside the hotel was a little gritty with lots of garbage and unhoused people but walking less than a block there were lots of great pubs. It was easy access to a lot of the sights and tour company was close

All the staff were fantastic. I would like to thank Colin from maintenance for replacing a bulb so quickly but I must give a special mention to Grainne on reception who went above and beyond to be helpful.

There’s plenty to do, it’s only 10 mins from the city centre of Belfast. Be careful of the bus lanes though, it’s a hefty fine if you drive in them! Thankfully it’s only 20mph in the city, it gives you time to decide which lane to be in and stay out of the bus lane!!
The grounds are gorgeous, the staff where great (Tracey inparticular at reception) was lovely, rooms are spacious and clean, the spa is incredible, the tennis and food you're not going to be bored at this hotel, very good me and my partner will be back esp for them showers 😂😜
The guy who managed the wedding we were attending was fabulous. He went above and beyond for the wedding guests and the bride and groom.
