Susan and Stephen were really welcoming and knowledgeable about the islands.
Room was really comfortable and well equipped. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and evening meals, all home cooked and great quality.
Bonus of a lovely bar for a drink in the evening, and the views of the sunsets were amazing. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is in a great place for exploring the local area.

It was modern clean ! There was a lovely sitting kitchen with sofas and television ! There was every facility you could want ! Oven washing machine fridge , coffee maker ! The host had a fridge full of basics Ham cheese eggs milk , biscuits tea for guests use . Each room was immaculate with own Tv . The sheets were white immaculate and crisp . All bedding had protectors . Bathroom had a good working shower ! A fantastic stay .

The cottage was beautiful. We were staying there as we were working at Lochmaddy. Unfortunately, due to the weather we got stranded on the Island, luckily there had been a cancellation and we could stay on at the cottage.

The property was fabulous. Comfortable furniture/bed, so tastefully decorated with high quality, locally produced pieces. Lovely welcome pack provided. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great location for exploring North Uist and the surrounding islands. Gorgeous beach within walking distance. We loved every minute of our stay. Ann made us feel so welcome and gave us some great recommendations whilst also leaving us to get on with our stay. Hope to return soon!

Everything. The pod was so comfortable, larger than expected, cosy warm, immaculate, high quality fixtures and fittings, powerful shower, gorgeous room scent, thoughtful welcome gifts, amazing sunrises. I could go on as we loved every aspect!

The Host was lovely to communicate with, we had no problems at all and hope to return when we can!
Truly surpassed our expectations!
House very run down & overpriced. Hot water temperamental, broken shower & toilet seat downstairs so couldn’t use for second week (not ideal when I’m waiting for a hip replacement). Gas leak in kitchen, unstable table & chairs, spices in rack over 10yrs out of date. Back step to property broken. Guttering down & lying in garden. Every room needs fresh decor & fresh bed linen. No drawers in twin room & broken drawers in double room. House needs a good clean! Really disappointed as we love visiting the Western Isles & had been looking forward to this trip.
