Used the hotel before, great location and secure parking. Nice comfortable room with good facilities. Wifi worked fine.
Breakfast was OK, they need to re arrange some of the layout and stop using those silly Nespresso machines - no one understands how to use them !

The curtains were good blackout - my daughter had no trouble getting to sleep even while it was still light outside. The family rooms had 2 separate sleeping rooms - perfect for us! We forgot my daughter's teddy and they have called us to organise it's way home - I REALLY appreciate this!!! More comfortable sleeping arrangements than the Ibis Budget on the other side of Troyes for our family :)

A wonderful almost hidden gem, the whole town is a living museum full of lovely historic buildings by chance exactly as they were hundreds of years ago. We continue to be amazed at the sights within the town.
Cannot recommend too much the Chez Félix restaurant in the town centre, great food, lovely staff, very pleasant atmosphere appealing to all ages - and delicious Champagne!

It's a busy town, but our host gave clear instructions to find free parking within a five minute walk. This property is right in the historic heart of Troyes, so you really get a feel for the place. The architecture is stunning - tall timber framed merchant houses, and some other stone built elegant structures too. With just a one night stay, and a ferry to catch the following day, we had nowhere near enough time to appreciate it - and no time to visit any of the amazing churches. We need to come again to enjoy it all properly. We ate at a popular grill restaurant in one of the old timber-framed buildings. It was buzzing and busy, but they fitted us in. We enjoyed local food and some champagne from the region.

The old town is lovely: fascinating architecture and quaint laneways. Not buzzing with cars so easy to get around on foot. Every encounter with the locals was pleasant. A nice place to soak in la vie francaise.

Troyes is a fantastic, friendly, safe city.
Troyes is a fantastic, friendly, safe city. Easy to walk everywhere and so much to see and do a few days is not enough. The museums, medieval houses, churches are fascinating .It is like walking into history. Don't forget to visit the Mediatheque, the collection of ancient books is amazing. After an afternoon of exploring try one of the many cafes for something yummy to eat. Then take a night stroll down to the canal to see Troyes lit up at night!!
The Logis is well situated for exploring the medieval city of Troyes (pronounced Trois). Reception provided a walking map which followed a route marked out on the city streets with discreet arrows so easy to follow. The hotel has everything you need - a comfortable bed, opening window, excellent shower, good breakfast, friendly reception staff who speak English. There a many good restaurants nearby but advisable to book. Reception also provided a kettle. Parking is on site and very secure. There are even some electric car charging points.
We have stayed in many hotels in Troyes as its tends to be the last place we visit before heading home to Calais. This is the best hotel which we will return to. It is modern, rooms nicely air conditioned. Separate toilet to shower which is good for male friends sharing a room. Breakfast was good.
Parking is available for motorbikes which is £10 per spot. We were able to get our 7 motorbikes into 2 spots. It is underground parking and secure.
The hotel is in an excellent location and the parking was great - very easy to find and large parking spaces! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was quiet and comfortable. We were so impressed that we cancelled another hotel and went back for our return trip to the UK. Perfect stopover location on the way back from the south of France. Spa looks lovely although we didn't try it this time.
A perfect overnight stop on our trip up from the south of France. for a budget hôtel the facilities were great, the rooms large and everything was clean and we liked the modern style of the decor. . it was only a short walk into the town centre, where we enjoyed a lovely evening meal and there was free parking just next to the hotel. As regular visitors to France, we will undoubtedly stay here again.
excellant location with parking across the street. Room was fresh and clean. great attention to decorating details. Kitchen was dully kitted out with utensils, glass ware, plates and cookware. Host offered a delicious home made breakfast with crepes, eggs to order, fresh juices and coffee. highly recommend staying here. If in Troyes again this is where I’ll book!
Overall great hotel with friendly staff. We were enroute further South of France and this was a quick stop over. Nice and clean. Great bed. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. We also had a recommendation for a lovely pizza place 10 mins walk from the hotel. All round great stay - we booked for the return back to the UK journey, glad we did.
We love the fresh orange juice. Having battled with coffee pod machines in other Accor hotels, it was great to be able to use the coffee machine, (without needing a barista degree) in this ibis styles. The breakfast always is a joy in Ibis styles-great choice and staff are quick to top up things that are running short.
Modern hotel, easy to access. Friendly reception. Rooms have a good size. Bathroom nice and clean. Perfect for a quick stay in the area.
Breakfast was a reasonable "Continental breakfast plus", meaning with scrambled eggs and bacon. At a sensational price - I paid 8 € if I am not mistaken.
Perfect for our requirements on the way back to the UK from the South of France. The hotel was a short drive from the city centre, which is stunning. The hotel is very clean and the staff were lovely, they helped us with the EV, which was right outside the hotel, and free!
Lovely period property with generous proportions and a good layout. The breakfast delivered to thr door was superb and probably the best we had on our latest visit to France, (1 of 7 properties so that stands up very well). Friendly staff and really nice central location.
Good location. Easy walk to the center of Troyes. Comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, main bathroom was nice with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Desk fans in every bedroom was a very nice amenity. Very helpful and accommodating host.
A very charming apartment, very clean and well-equipped in an excellent location right in the historic city centre. Can't find a better property for a stay in Troyes. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and shops within a few meters.
Stayed at this hotel many times as we have travelled through France. Rooms are a decent size and well decorated. Good choice of food at breakfast. Short walk into the town centre, with several bars and restaurants. Nice area to visit.
The room was a nice size and quiet (important after a long drive). There is also secure parking within the hotel, which is great. There was also a kettle in the room.
