Really lovely accomodation. Our hosts were fresh into the business, but that was not noticable. Very professional. Very personeal.
Airco works really fine (and you want it to).
The parking is private and safe.
The bed is good and firm.
Breakfast is with the others guest, which we like as it's part of the experience.

We had a scary moment of our Z4 leaking oil, but "luckily" one of the other guest with a 1989 Renault Alpine 3.0 Turbo LeMans) was having the issue. We had a good laugh and he, being a mechanic and used to the Alpine gremlins, commented that it wa business as usual. Lovely.
The small village is very touristic, but a the evening, all quiets down. We had an extremely nice pizza at La P'tite Ardenave.
Would we go ther again? Yes, without a doubt!

Sandrine and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Sandrine gave us many tips on places to visit and good restaurant addresses. They are very environmental-friendly oriented. From the chalet you can hike to la Baume and down to the river bed. Beautiful nature surroundings. The place is very quiet but ideally located to visit many sites and go to many hikes. The Ardèche is beautiful, especially when its not the tourist season ! Our 2 small poodles had a great time too and played with Sandrine's small bichon dog.

This is is a lovely hotel set in a beautiful historic building and it was spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was very nicely furnished with period furniture and very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast which included a variety of foods produced locally. Car parking is in the street just outside the hotel, there was plenty of room and the area felt very safe. The hotel is a 5 minute stroll from the centre of the village where there are numerous restaurants bars and shops. Situated near the head of the Ardeche Gorge the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the surrounding countryside. We are pleased to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area or travelling through it.

Tenants are very friendly, even got up onetime at 6h in the morning to prepare our breakfast because we had to leave early.
Location of the accomodation is very central in Labeaume, with direct views on the cliffs.
Just the best location in Labeaume - a beautiful old mill overlooking the river and backed by cliffs. And a great breakfast cooked every morning by our relaxed and friendly host.
