The lady at reception was brilliant. Couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We arrived late and she arranged some very welcome bottles of beer. The location is perfect for an overnight stay when on route. Just off the motorway & very easy to find. We could get BBC news on the TV.

We felt privileged to stay here. Our own (well almost) French chateau. Our hosts Stephane and Sylvie were so gracious. Stephane met us on the driveway as we arrived and welcomed us warmly to his home. He showed to our large spacious bedroom with a so so comfortable bed (and pillows). We also had a large en-suite bathroom with twin sinks. But the best part, the very best part was Sylvies cooking. We took advantage of their dinner offer of three course and it was simply delicious. So beautifully crafted and cooked to perfection. This was followed in the morning by a fabulous three course breakfast. If you are lucky enough to stay here be sure to take advantage of any food offered you won’t regret it. The location was so peaceful too all we heard was birdsong and we can’t wait to return.
