Great destination for a family vacation, there are plenty of beach options to choose from and the walk around Dinosaur Istres is great for kids plus plenty of eateries around + The locals are really friendly. I Would highly recommend for a family vacation..AllenBelgium

I forgot to up a car window one night without consequence. Istres has a huge supermarket ('Geant'), a good Burger King and pizza truck, a lovely Moroccan restaurant, weekly fireworks and probably much much more. Whole premises of 30+ apartments run by a family who really thought things over.

The hotel has an excellent location near the water, dinosaur park, sculpture zoo, and downtown. Free parking. Nice ambiance in the lobby. Friendly cat on the property. Rooms were clean (though the carpet is very worn).
