We booked 2hrs before we arrived because it said it had late check in until midnight and was a good location to the motorway. When we got the barrier 11pm it was closed and the touch screen pad to put our booking ref did not work. I called the number and it went to an answer machine. After 20 minutes of frustration I finically got a call on my mobile and I was told by the receptionist that they had been a asleep! They obviously were not expecting us! The room was clean but only one of light bulbs worked and the showers did not work but it did have a bath. It is a real shame as the place was perfect in many aspects but was let down by a few things. Would I stay again - maybe.

Lovely setting, very quiet. Very high standard of finish, we couldn't fault the attention to detail. Nice touches like the streaming service and comfortable sitting area and screen. Very well equipped, and everything was where you would expect to find it. We could park our motorbikes right outside the front door, so carrying luggage was not a problem. Massive table and chairs - you could feed an army! Breakfast was delicious, with superb touches such as home made bread and local cheese. A nice touch were the bottles of wine and produce with prices marked so you could buy them if you wanted - if we'd had a car we'd have bought something!

Picture perfect location and so peaceful!! My kids enjoyed watching the animals and playing outside. Loved the cabin feel with all the needed amenities. Family that runs it was so nice and happy to assist. Super convenient that there is a restaurant/playground right across from it too :)

Very clean. Newly refurbished apartment, modern bathroom and kitchen. Everything was very well organised from the self check in to check out. Table football was a great hit with kids, as was the old fashioned turntable with vinyl records!
