Unique architecture set in beautifully maintained and peaceful gardens. The building, originally a shoe manufacturer’s home set in a former orchard, retains the atmosphere of a luxurious home. The bedrooms are supremely comfortable all with balconies overlooking the pool. The staff are friendly and discreet.
Huerto del Cura has a unique location within the Elche's Palmeral palm tree gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and a sauna.

Hotel is beautiful and accommodating, more for the older clientele. Elche its self is a beautiful little town, but doesn’t benefit from the choice of restaurants and excursions. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday by the pool.
The Jardín Milenio has a swimming pool and sauna within Elche’s amazing Palmeral. This tropical garden is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This hotel is an absolute dream. It's surrounded by palm trees and just overall a very cute little setting - little lights around the restaurant, nice pool, back yard with a little fountain - like a fairytale. Very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was absolutely amazing with a bathtub. Bed is extremely comfortable. We only stayed one night and so we MUST return again for a slightly longer stay.
B&B HOTEL Elche is located about 3 km from the centre of Elche, close to Miguel Hernández University. The A-7 Motorway is just 2 minutes away, and there is a 24-hour café.

it was really dirty with red points (maybe blood??) and hairs on the mattresses. Usually I don’t care about mattresses but these are 25 years old, smelly and extremely uncomfortable.
Located in Elche, 25 km from Alicante Train Station and 35 km from Alicante Golf, Teniente Ruiz 27 provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi.

Great location. We parked right outside the apartment. The host was very helpful. Two most important things--beds were comfy and the wifi was fast. Great value for money.
Absolutely loved the place so quiet. The rooms were lovely real quirky and we had a terrace as well which was fantastic for me to be able to go up there and work whilst we were there. The family dog is a huge teddy bear and was our friend for our stay. The lads were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. I cant wait to go back!

Elche's old city enter is beautiful and clean.
Elche's old city enter is beautiful and clean. With it's huge Palmeral, it has much more green spaces than most. The town is in some ways an undiscovered gem among tourists; it feels very "local" (though a handful of its many restaurants also operate in nearby Alicante), and has well-preserved buildings from centuries ago.. The historic center is largely pedestrianized, and it's lined with a great variety of restaurants and cafes. We'd day-tripped there previously, but recommend staying for a couple of nights, if possible. It's old center truly comes to life in the evening.

Although we reviewed Elche before travelling, we were surprised at the rather modern looking buildings around us. The Old Town had several wonderful buildings and the Palm Groves were stunning..especially when viewed from the little, white tourist train. The Tourist Office ladies were very helpful, Taxis are very cheap (compared with the UK)
Last year we went further south (Malaga and Marbella) and we enjoyed the white buildings, iron balconies and many flowers. I think we would visit the southern areas in preference to the rather utiliterian buildings in the area around the apartment in Elche. Good bus/train links but quite a hike to get to the terminus. We visited Murcia by train (very cheap) again the station was nearly a mile away from the Cathedral etc...and Santa Pola. (we had a taxi).and were expecting a little fishing village,,,not so..another built up,expanded town with modern marina and smart yachts! Buses and trains do not seem to run on time..so be early!
We found several good restaurants..as mentioned the Flamingo (on Plaza de Espagna) for brunch and the Pizza parlour (near the river)...if you like eating early, you may be disappointed as most places seem to start about 8pm.
Several excellent supermarkets near Javiers apartment and super kitchen if you decide to eat in.

Restaurants and cafes all very keenly priced but food quality reflected those prices. Buses, taxis and entrance to museums very cheap. Taxi from airport was much cheaper than posted elsewhere on the internet.
The palm groves are unique and fascinating.

Lovely clean little town, only 20 mins by car from Alicante airport, a few attractions, beautiful palm trees everywhere, tons of dining options, some offer menus in English, some don’t.
Shops, banks and most of the pharmacies are closed down during siesta, good few cafes remain open.
People are friendly, majority of the people who choose Elche for holidays are Spanish.
We visited at the beginning of sept, very comfortable temperature - fresh in the morning, some heat in the afternoon around 27,29, nice cool breeze in the evening and no mosquitoes!

Elx is a captivating city that effortlessly blends history with modernity. Its charming streets, historical sites, and vibrant culture create an enchanting atmosphere. From the intricate beauty of the Palm Grove, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to the splendid Basilica of Santa Maria, the city boasts architectural wonders. The lively markets, traditional festivals, and delectable local cuisine add to the city's allure. Elx offers a delightful journey through time and culture, making it a must-visit destination for travelers seeking both heritage and contemporary experiences.
The property is nice. The kitchen only has basic equipment. No spoon to stir eggs in a pan. No spatula to lift eggs or something else in a pan. No pincer to lift meat from a pan. The pool area is well equipped with sun loungers.
Corkscrew to open wine very basic and hard to use. One with a leaver action would be better. Journey to pick up keys is 15 minutes from the location at a hotel reception. Use Google to get you there.
The bed was really comfy and the shower really strong and hot.
I opted out of cleaning the room, instead I got a free breakfast. So I guess I should not moan about the breakfast too much. Of course this only works if you stay two nights or more.
There's free hot drinks in the lobby all day.
The hotel is well located for overnight stops on the way to other places, close to the motorway.
The place is very spacious and very comfortable, very clean too and very close to the city centre.
Pepi and her husband were very kind and flexible with check in and check out times.
The flat has everything you need.
Very comfortable bed and it’s very quiet.
My husband and I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Elche.
Best Hotel in Elche. Free parking in front of the hotel if you grab uour spots. Cleaned rooms, nice bed, cleaned bathroom. Housekeeping are very nice..Front desk receptionist is very nice as well. McDonald's and other fast food restaurants in the corner of the hotel. Best location
Beautiful small boutique hotel.
Our room was lovely and spacious. Terrace overlooking the stunning pool area.
The bed and fluffy pillows gave us the best night's sleep.
Very peaceful hotel.
Lovely friendly staff.
I've stayed here twice and I'm very happy with everything. Nice walk to the center through lovely palmeral. Hotel restaurant is very good too. Remember the restaurant is open only spanish lunch and dinner times.
This small hotel is in a great location and with easy access to the motorway. Our room was clean and spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. The lady on reception was extremely helpful.
A very nice hostal with a welcoming owner. Everything squeaky clean. Good location for visiting all the sites of Elche.
Close to the train stations. (I don't know which one is closest).
It was a cheap hotel
WiFi was good
Shower was powerful
Bed was comfortable but pillows are actually just blocks of foam with an open-ended pillowcase, not at all comfortable
A clean, modern and well equipped apartment in a quiet place not far from the center. The hosts left some food, which was great. Elche is a very nice town.
The hotel getting better since last year, they do renovate the hotel..for outside and in side the room..
Location in center and walk distance to find food.
Good location looking across street to the wonderful main city park, filled with Elche's famous palms. Super-nice host. Easy walk to the old city center.
