The hotel is modern and comfortable and very convenient to get to (we arrived by train and it was a short walk from the central train station). The central location was wonderful for access to the city's many beautiful sights, cafes and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again next time we are in Málaga.

The breakfast was amazing. I don’t typically get breakfast but it was included in the price and so tried it the first morning and was back everyday. It was brilliant.
A massive thank you and appreciation has to go to the housekeepers (they went above and beyond) who cleaned the room everyday and gave us fresh bedsheets and towels everyday. We didn’t expect it and were very impressed especially considering the size of the hotel.
The hotel was beyond our expectations, we would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone. Don’t have a single complaint.

Although Hotel looks a bit jaded on the outside the inside has been refurbished to an excellent standard, staff really helpful & friendly, & location perfect for the bus & rail stations.

I found it hard to open Key Box outside the hostel to access key for entry. I also found the code lock hard to see. Only for a very nice Russian lady, staying in the hostel coming to my aid, I wonder would I have got in at all.
For those reasons, I will not book The Welcome Hostel on my return journey.
