The apartment is very beautiful, large & well equiped for cooking. Hence suitable for a long stay, also for groups as more appartments are available. The location is safe and close to the beach. It's also close to the road, but without much noise. In the night there is less traffic and we slept very well in the comfortable beds. The beach is clean and very good for swimming. If you prefer the best local beach with services, you can walk to Mövenpick resort (5 min walk), but you need to pay of course (about 12 EUR). For transport you can stop any taxi passing by. Quseir is a peaceful small city, more authentic and less touristic (than Hurghada). The owner of the house is the best host we had in Egypt. He is very friendly and supports you with everything you need by phone (in good English). He helped us with many useful information. I hope to come back one day, to stay in one of his beautiful apartments & hopefully to meet him personally. The local house manager speaks more Arabic than English, but is also very kind and shows you everything you may need (e.g. to find a closeby supermarket). THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Life Resorts Coral Hills Beach & SPA is located directly on the Red Sea in a prime diving spot. It offers 2 outdoor pools, a diving centre, a health club and a discotheque.

The location, the general friendliness of the staff, and the amount of experiences offered on site.
Overall it was great value for money, and perhaps not more should be expected, but there are definitely improvements that can be made.
Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir.

I used to go to this resort every year as a child and now I came back after 15 years. It's still amazing. The coral reef is still beautiful and the food has even become better. I can highly recommend this hotel because the price value experience is amazing.

My wife and I had the best of time at SB.
My wife and I had the best of time at SB. We felt like we the guests of honor the whole time we were there! We stayed there for 6 nights and had opted for the all-inclusive package. The food was always delicious, and there was more than plenty of it; and great variety, too. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the package. The manager is always around and will amuse you with his sense of humor. Just don't have him referee your ping pong game if you play against your wife. He will always make sure the wife wins. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and it had a nice terrace attached. Internet was mostly available around the reception area. All the staff were always more than attentive and very friendly. We went diving with the dive center located on the premise and we made some nice dives. We highly recommend Silver Beach!!

Small town with few places to eat.
Small town with few places to eat. Public beach overflowing with litter which is a shame indeed as the swimming bay is lovely.
The town is run down but there has been some improvements which does include more cleaning and repairs to public spaces. Masses of unattractive and mainly unfinished new constructions outside the old centre .

I never moved outside the resort. because the weather was too hot and humid but next time I may move outside. the sea looks virgin and the fish was variable and colorful and this makes the city suitable for diving and snorkeling .

Quseir has a lot of history but it is very poorly presented.
Quseir has a lot of history but it is very poorly presented. The fort was interesting to visit although I did that briefly since I was on a business trip. A lot of information about the history of the site but I would have liked to get some souvenir shop for the fort since everything you find outside is the normal pharoah stuff which you find anywhere. The old town was nice to walk around but it is very very run down which is sad because it seems to have very nice old houses (if restored).
People as usual were very friendly and there to help and chat

Very picturesque resort.
Very picturesque resort. Each cabin/room is designed as a mix of Nubian and Ottoman architecture. Very nice and perfectly clean, with very comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful. The resort is quiet (no loud music). There are recycling bins everywhere on the resort, and the gray waters are re-used for plant watering (a certain environmental care, way above what can be seen elsewhere in Egypt). We went for snorkeling and we saw many fish in the coral reef just in front of the hotel. Many evidences of small corals buds (seem to be a healthy coral spot). Snorkelling gear and wetsuits can be rented at the hotel. Pool was heated so we could end the day swimming even if the temperature outside was close to 15 (end of PM). Note: do not expect a large sandy beach: this is a resort on a reef, including a jetty for an easier access to the end of the coral wall. Food is very good, particularly the breakfast. There is always at least 1 Egyptian dish available. The hotel can arrange transports from Luxor and to the airport (though the driver's style was a bit edgy, in accordance with the Egyptian tradition :).We loved the place and would go back again.
We arrived early to the hotel and the receptionist offered us to wait for check-in as he is planning to upgrade our room to a suite as a cadeau. The waiting was worth it as we got a brilliant suite with a wonderful pool view and sea side view.
The sea was stunning, there was a sandy area where you can swim with different types of fish around you.
All people working there are friendly, cheerful and ready to help. I didn't feel any difference between foreigners and locals as some reviews stated.

Lifeguards at swimming pools and beaches In particular, Mr. Ahmed Youssef
The hotel is beautiful with many swimming pools and heaters
The food is varied and there is more than one restaurant in the hotel And service at the highest level, whether in cafes or restaurants
The hotel was so very charming with such character. The beautiful stone walls, high wooden ceiling, wooden staircase, floor, shutters, old postcards, telephones, but not only. Being so close to the sea it was delightful to listen to the waves. To sit beside open windows in the corridor was so restful.
I liked the family friendly atmosphere. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable. It is located in a very calm place and the night lighting is relaxing. It's also near to a swimming friendly beach. Overall I enjoyed my vacation there and the hotel was one of the reasons for that nice experience.
We had one of the best family vacations in the hotel everything was perfect, the staff were helpful, cheerful and trying their best to give us the best experience. The hotel has a great reef which allow us to snorkel and see different kinds of fish.
Very helpful and friendly staff; great restaurants, the quiet pool (adults only = great) with its pool bar is great. The whole hotel complex is very spacious and the units (usually two together) are spread out
The beach is very beautiful, cleanness of the room was Top! , the food was in good quality but not much variety, the facilities was Awesome, like there are always a lot to do there, really totally recommend!
The room was spacious, the beach is amazing, room was ready prior to our arrival, good facilities, and the hotel is next to the main road. The overall stay was good and the value for money was very good.
