Staff was good, even brought breakfast to our room. Room was clean, somewhat small, but for the price, it's a far better deal than the expensive US based properties.

Las Hortensias is a delightful place to stay in Tababela.
Las Hortensias is a delightful place to stay in Tababela.
There is a small fast food cum basic restaurant just 50 metres down the road.
Also by the footbridge are two well run and more sophisticated restaurants.
One is very rustic, with a wide menu and serves grilled meats like local lamb , sausages and beef which are very tasty.
Views of the surrounding hills are very good and the weather mild and pleasant in early February.

Wonderful, secluded property to relax before or after a long flight. Close to Airport and can arrange pick ups.
Breakfast is included and made to order. Other meals are also available. Grounds are nice with lots of surrounding open spaces and mountains. Rooms are well appointed and bathroom is large. I had a very pleasant, peaceful experience.

I had checked intobtje upgrade with booking and could not seem to cancel it, phoned the hotel and explained my problem for no results. Could have been because of the language barrier. I liked the hotel but it is too much money for whst it offers.
From Quito Airport, it was a 10 to 15 minute drive from the airport. I only wanted a place to sleep because I had to get up at 4:00 a.m. the next morning for my flight to the Galapagos. The staff were very lovely. The room was extremely clean. I was able to watch the sunset from my window. It is not a fancy hotel. It's a very good place if you need a clean and safe place to spend the night before traveling elsewhere.. bathroom was clean. Bathroom looked as if it had been recently renovated.
This was our first time staying at this hotel while traveling through Quito Airport, and I'd definitely stay again. The rooms are small/cozy, but they make the best of them with a small desk and couch. Also a good shower with water pressure and hot water. The location is like 4 minute drive from the airport, so it's a perfect place to spend the night if you need to be at the airport the next morning. I also liked that they deliver breakfast to your door in the morning.
The property has lovely landscaping that draws hummingbirds. I enjoyed watching the birds from the balcony. The grounds are pretty and comfortable. I arranged a pickup from the airport with the hotel for $10 and that went very smoothly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and included with the room price. I wish I would have allowed myself more time at this hotel to try out the solar heated pool and jacuzzi!
They were able to accommodate a late check-in and early check-out. I appreciated that they set up and scheduled a taxi to pick us up early in the morning to go to the airport. The room was adequate for the price and included good amenities. I greatly appreciated that the hotel reception gave us a packed breakfast!! So unexpected but a wonderful touch.
As welcome gift the hotel arranged pick up from airport for free, and also for a reasonable fee the shuttle back. Hotel staff very attentive, smiley and helpful. They demonstrated some flexibility when it came to alternative breakfast arrangements as we were living very early. We really like access to drinking water, thank you.
Room was clean and comfortable with everything needed. There is coffee, water and snacks available 24/7 in the lobby. Fantastic dinner buffet. Easy and free airport transfer. I've never had a good experience with Wyndham in the US. Thankfully, this hotel is privately owned and operated but uses the Wyndham name. Good job!
Breakfast was amazing! The location being so close to the airport was amazing! The ease of getting a taxi to and from the airport was perfect! The price was soooo worth it and the grounds were also so nice with the alpaca's and the sheep. It was definitely a beyond pleasant "airport hotel".
Located 5 min from the airport, free shuttle, felt like a 5 star hotel chain. Very professional staff, very clean, felt luxurious for a Holiday Inn. The breakfast buffet was an incredible spread from traditional Ecuadorian foods to European to American selections and so delicious.
This little hotel is really close to the airport in a nice little village of Yaruqui where we can enjoy a little walk, restaurants, etc The staff is really nice and do everything to help us for transportation and our safety.
It’s really calm and quiet at the lodge.
We needed a hotel close to Quito Airport. This hotel was perfect: only a 10 minute taxi drive for $10.00. Room was very clean, great wifi. A few places to get something to eat in the town only 10 minutes walk. Swimming pool available but did not have time to use it.
The hotel arranged a taxi/shuttle to pick me up from airport with a sign that had my name. They also arranged a taxi to take me back to airport very early in the morning. Both rides/experiences were helpful and positive
Great location near airport. $10 taxi from airport so better to use the hotel shuttle service for $7. Comfortable for a night or two before or after flying and great breakfast on the terrace.
Really lovely hotel, modern and close to the airport.
All the staff were friendly.
The pool area was fantastic.
Had bar food which was very nice.
Would recommend to family and friends
Perfect place to spend a night between flights in the airport. Hotel provide transportation service (prices is a bit cheaper than Uber), place is very nice and cozy, perfect breakfast
Very comfortable and convenient airport hotel. Shuttle was super easy. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant is good too. Lots of hangout spaces to kill time before a flight.
The hotel is in a great location, close to Quito's airport. The room was very comfortable and wifi worked great. I opted for dinner at the hotel and it was delicious.
