We were very well accommodated as soon as we stepped foot at the airport! The transportation was easy to find and we had no problems getting to the property as they sent very thorough directions and had continuous buses coming every half an hour. They were so kind to accommodate us by making sure we had transportation back home as well, not to mention the gorgeous view and short distance from the airport.

There were plenty of restaurants to choose from of various ethnicity's. There were lots of sights to see and the city was very clean. One issue, we found many pizza places do not offer sit down eating, they are carry out.

"Visiting Richmond, BC was an absolute pleasure and left me with unforgettable memories of a vibrant and welcoming destination. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the city's charm and diversity.
Richmond's rich cultural tapestry was evident everywhere I went, from the bustling streets filled with eclectic shops and restaurants to the beautiful parks and gardens that offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
One of the highlights of my visit was exploring Richmond's renowned culinary scene. With its diverse population, the city boasts an array of dining options representing cuisines from around the world. From indulging in mouthwatering dim sum in the bustling Golden Village to savoring freshly caught seafood at Steveston's waterfront eateries, every meal was a culinary adventure.
I was also impressed by Richmond's dedication to preserving its natural beauty and heritage. Steveston Village, with its historic buildings and picturesque waterfront, offered a glimpse into the city's past as a bustling fishing village. Additionally, the lush gardens of the Richmond Nature Park provided a serene setting for leisurely strolls and birdwatching.
Throughout my stay, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the locals. Whether chatting with shop owners in the vibrant Asian malls or receiving recommendations from friendly residents while exploring the city, I felt welcomed and embraced by the community.
In summary, my recent visit to Richmond, BC was a truly enriching experience filled with delicious food, captivating sights, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend this destination to anyone seeking a dynamic and culturally rich travel experience. I can't wait to return and continue exploring all that this wonderful city has to offer!"

I want my card refunded immediately as I requested that I be allowed to visit my brother at the property with an extra person , I was never refused prior To my arrival and I had asked prior to my original nite then I reiterated that on the 2nd booking I would likely still he in need of that privilege and the management never responded negatively so I brought my brother over and we arrived at 0200am and that was fine but the management seen my guest enter with me and although I was never told at anytime I couldn't entertain my guest, and we weren't causing any problems or noise but my guest and I were kicked out around 0230am and a separate Tenant threatened to physically harm us and we had disagreed with management but we were still following there exit request so it was very traumatic and I want a full refund for NY $120 plus nite in the cold Richmond, BC STREETs!!!! Now please, No delay!!!

If you have a rental car, Richmond is convenient for proximity to airport and access to the highways to connect to nearby districts. Chinese restaurants which I visited did not disappoint. I had to take away at Kirin which do not welcome lone diners. They told me they were full because I didn’t have a reservation.
Whilst waiting for my takeaway order, they took in a party of 5 who had no reservations. They spoke in Chinese which I understood. Not a very nice restaurant but dim sum items were tasty.
BBQ master serves authentic HK style roast meats. I had chicken and duck with rice which was excellent.

It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood.
It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The host showed me the short cut to the bus stop which is a big help. It's easy to navigate for public transportation . A head up for the future travellers when you check in you have to pay $50 deposit for the key, the host will return the deposit to you when you check out.
Very clean, great decor, wonderful amenities, robes, slippers, beds so comfortable, bathrooms are fantastic. I didn’t expect all this. Even the lighting in the room - love the relax setting. Staff always jumped to help with anything. Shuttle is accommodating. So impressed.
I will always stay here now when I need an airport hotel in Vancouver (I go to Vancouver a lot)
only thing, it is in an industrial area, can be sketchy if walking around or some views from the room. but it is by the airport so I think that’s to be expected.
Friendly employees. Room is sufficiently spacious and equipped with two comfortable beds (family room) and a well-functioning air conditioning. Coffee machine with capsules is an added value when you get up. Good working shower. Breakfast is not particularly extensive, as everywhere in Canada, but certainly sufficient. Tasty homemade waffles!
Just a 10 minute drive from the airport.
Train to downtown Vancouver departs from the station, a 10-minute walk away.
Many nice (Asian) eateries nearby.
Very quiet area close to a harbour with numerous bars and restaurants. Lovely local shops. Whale watching boat from the harbour. Very friendly helpful staff. Hotel connected to a cafe and liquor store. Also next door to a bar which served food. Supermarket opposite. Great for buses into Richmond and from there links by Sky train to many places. Beautiful walk along the harbour to a Japanese heritage fisheries site...very interesting.
This was the best equipped hotel we stayed at on our 17 day tour of Canada, it had all the mod cons and the airport shuttle worked a dream.
The hotel was very modern and the bathroom was stunning, it was a very conveniently located for Richmond night market and the pool and gym was very sophisticated.
They were also very happy to store our bags for the day as our flight wasn't until 8 in the evening.
Had to check out before breakfast was available, had breakfast at Lansdowne Mall the day of our arrival
Train ride to Vancouver Waterfront very good, easy access and travel time was good
Supper at Cactus Club excellent, located very close to hotel
Very rude taxi driver from airport to L Quinta, taxi driver back to airport was excellent, we left too early to use shuttle
Everything you could want or need in a hotel close to the airport. Staff was very kind and attentive. Free shuttle is a nice bonus, with an added benefit being if you are going to the night market it stops at the holiday inn express to which is then a short walk away.
Overall perfect for what we needed it for and a bit more!
Bed was comfy and I think the pillows were different firmness. My brief encounters with front desk were nice. Only stayed the night so was perfect for what I needed and huge room! Location is great cuz its only a 5mins walk to the Canada Line station to go to Richmond or downtown, and there's a bus stop nearby as well.
There was free shuttle transfer from airport. Aberdeen Station of Canada Line linking the airport and downtown is 5 minutes walk to the hotel. The restaurant serves good food and there are many good Chinese restaurants around. Room is spacious. Air conditioning was very effective.
I like that it is away from the hustle and bustle of all of the other airport hotels in Richmond, yet still close enough to the airport area.
The staff was amazing , especially Amr, who greeted us so warmly and treated us so wonderfully during our stay. Thankyou Amr!!
Space is huge with attached bathroom, kitchen, living room, with own balcony. Free wifi. Free to use shampo, conditioner, shower gel, towels. Bus available 405 going to Richmond Brighouse Canada Metro line. The owner is nice and helpful. Quick answers on inquiries.
The location is handy to catch the Canada Line train into Vancouver’s waterfront. Also, easy to come from the airport to the hotel. They stored our luggage as well. They were very accommodating and helpful with info to connect with the cruise port.
The location is great, less than 20 minutes away from Richmond downtown by bus, easy to reach from Vancouver International Airport. The room is spotless clean, the service is so warm and kind, and the price is absolutely affordable.
Breakfast was adequate, useful to have a shuttle bus which was easy to use. Hotel quite near Richmond Skytrain station, quick easy and cheap to get into Vancouver. Quite a few Chinese restaurants nearby.
There is a free shuttle to and from YVR. The hotel is within walking distance of the Vancouver Sky Train which we took to the cruise port.
Friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast.
We have stayed at this Days Inn many times as it is close to the Canada Line and airport. It's also a bit less expensive than many of the other airport hotels. The room was fine.
I like to go to Steveston Hotel. Stayed there several times. Located in the historic village of Steveston it's still close to everything I need to get done in Metro Vancouver.
