Could have one romantic set up room for the special get away and a mini fridge in the main kitchen area, the walk in fridge wasnt working and i had to have hot beer. Loved how the host fussed with the fire, breakfast and you but then dissapeared and wasent in your space all the time. I loved my stay here and our chat about things that will happen to the property eventally. Which i will be back to watch the progress of the orchard and the pencil pines and the walk. Even thou i never ever plan to get married ever again this homestead is the most gorgeous place to relax and unwind. The honey was delicious. Walking around the property and the nature walk was my favourite part thank you Cate and Tom x

Thanks to the good weather we were able to enjoy the outdoors. The rooms are nicely furnished, but lack hooks, drawers or shelves to hang a coat or our bath towels. It's really calm and relaxing.

Great little motel, staff were great they upgraded me, which was nice. Close to town, there is some noise from western Hwy and trains, but I look at it like a lullaby highly recommend this place will definitely stay again

This is the second time my son and his support workers have stayed there and clearly they loved it . Nicole is awesome to deal with , she is courteous, kind and very quickly responsive.
Thanks again for a peaceful and restful stay and for making sure the guys are comfortable and happy .
The guys enjoyed eating out in the town of Arrarat and the local bar , they also enjoyed visiting a local winery and watching the local footy game and of course my sons favourite place the historical society.
