Absolutely loved the Hillview Heritage cottage. For those who love antiques and old charm, back in time accommodation look no further. No wifi was also the best. We sat around the dining table and talked all day and night. The old iron claw foot bathtub was amazing! So relaxing and soothing. Our Silky terrier loved the place too. The place is so close to IGA and general store. We’ve dined at Bowral, Moss Vale etc. Even it was raining all our stay, the place was relaxing, sound of rain was healing. Definitely will stay again.

We loved everything, from the first moment we arrived by car and opened our door
in the rain and we were welcomed with help and umbrellas. Loved the welcome as
we entered the House and the welcome drink, all very appreciated.
The meals were all amazing and the breakfast was excellent.

If you’re after the real bush experience , this is the place...
If you’re after the real bush experience , this is the place for you. We arrived really late to attend a wedding for the weekend. The sheets were stained with some sort of burn, one of the towels were stained, the toilet had a stain in it which looked as if someone had used it before hand, spider webs everywhere in the wardrobes, near fire place, Infestation of ants and mosquitoes inside the cottage. We understand that this is the bush there is certain standard to uphold when people are paying for a place to stay. We addressed it to the owner she became defensive and only apologised when she realised we were only mentioning the details and not looking for a discount. We had just asked the owner if they could change the sheets due to the stain. There is no reception, you’ll have to drive onto the main road to get it. I wish our experience was better
The location was ideal to visit the Fitzroy falls on foot . We spent a day out touring the historic village of Berrima , and the picturesque area around Bowral. Late lunch at the Ashby Estate vineyard made a perfect Sunday . The cabin was quiet and had all the facilities we required. We continued on to Kangaroo Valley so the cottage was a perfect spot to enjoy the sejour in a cabin. The owners were more than helpful and Sharnie was keen to share her knowledge with us to make sure we found what suited us.
We stayed in cottage 4 and it was perfect. Not too far from the main road but also private enough in the bush. The cottage was so neat and tidy, nice and cost small cottage for a couple getaway for the weekend. Also perfect location near Twin Falls and Fitzroy falls, great walks through the bush to see the falls. Loved our stay and experience and would definitely be back.
Cabins are well spaced between each other and the facilities (pool, tennis court & BBQ area) were great. The cabins are a short walk to the Fitzroy Falls & many other fire trails & hiking locations. The bush & water falls were very relaxing & we enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful location and very quiet. Enjoyed all the walking tracks around the cabins and it was really close to the Fitzroy Falls tracks so we were easily able to meet up with family who travelled for the day. The fire place was great and kept the cabin warm.
A comfortable bush retreat. The cabin was basic but comfortable. Bush tracks are great for a few laps, including into the National Park. Everywhere in the Fitzroy Falls / Kangaroo Valley area is expensive to stay, so the price was OK value for the area.
Very peaceful, lots of wildlife , cabin was great, all amenities in good order, great place to stay. Will definitely be going again. Surrounded by Morton National Park and short easy walk to Fitzroy Falls.
