It's also at the start of a beautiful two hour hike to Palm Beach, highly recommended!

Located in Orewa in the Auckland region, Pohutukawa Lodge by Orewa Beach has river views and a peek of the sea. Beautiful, homely house, spotlessly clean and with every amenity you could want. Toys, games and books for the kids were especially appreciated, kitchen very well equipped, and welcoming hosts who have thought of everything. Great walk by the estuary nearby and an easy drive to Orewa and the beach. We'd return without hesitation.

The hosts, Daniel and Angela, went beyond all one could expect to make our two day visit not only enjoyable, but truly luxurious. We had one dinner (superb!) and one breakfast (perfect) at Dangela and would highly recommend choosing these options. The swimming pool was absolutely delightful. We enjoyed many interesting conversations with Daniel and Angela -- they are both knowledgeable and hospitable. Overall this was a wonderful way to start our NZ vacation.

Offering a garden and garden view, Kaka Lodge at Kotare House is set in Tawharanui, 9.1 km from Sculptureum and 48 km from Gibbs Farm. Lovely stay with two small kids at Kotare house. The hosts Alysn and Brian are super welcoming and we felt at home. The kids loved the garden and we enjoyed the spectacular views. Swimming in Anchor Bay nearby is just perfect.

Featuring garden views, Four Huia offers accommodation with free bikes, a garden and barbecue facilities, around 500 metres from Little Oneroa Beach. nothing was spared to ensure our stay was more than comfortable. we thought the additional touches eg: drinks, chocolates, orange juice were pleasant surprises. the chalet was very quiet and it's only a short drive to Oneroa town centre and the beach. we had a great stay. highly recommended !!
