Dyan, our host, was wonderful and took such great care of us. Breakfast was incredible (especially the muffins)! We would love to come back someday!

Beautiful, homely house, spotlessly clean and with every amenity you could want. Toys, games and books for the kids were especially appreciated, kitchen very well equipped, and welcoming hosts who have thought of everything. Great walk by the estuary nearby and an easy drive to Orewa and the beach. We'd return without hesitation.

The nearest airport is Auckland, 62 km from Dangela Boutique Lodge, and the property offers airport shuttle service. Really cute stay in a couples house. The rooms are cute and cozy with everything you need like cozy robes etc. i can totally recommend staying here on the way up north or coming back to Auckland

The Ruru apartment is enormous, fully equipped and absolutely gorgeous. She is an artist (the studio is on site) and it shows in the decor. The grounds are beautiful. We had dinner and breakfast on the lawn overlooking the sea. It is essentially at the door of gorgeous Tawharanui regional park.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. nothing was spared to ensure our stay was more than comfortable. we thought the additional touches eg: drinks, chocolates, orange juice were pleasant surprises. the chalet was very quiet and it's only a short drive to Oneroa town centre and the beach. we had a great stay. highly recommended !!
