One of the most unique places I have stayed! The cabin had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the elevating feature was great to soak in the views. The cabin had a glass roof and windows on 3 sides- we were able to see some northern lights on our last night there! The personal hot tub was amazing. Levi and Johnny were excellent hosts and answered promptly when we needed anything.

Located in Buvik, Buvik Sea Lodge Apartments offers accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Each of the units consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with... The location was fantastic. It was very remote, about an hour from Tromsø, and far from any businesses. Take your own groceries, especially coffee. The apartment was very nice and clean. The bedrooms were more spacious than other places we'd stayed in Norway with a nice bathroom and good sized living room. The best part was the large balcony. Also, the sauna was extremely nice despite how warm it was outside and proved especially comfy after a good hike. And of course Espen was the best host!!

Bjørnfjell Mountain Lodge ligger i Alta, og har fjellutsikt, en restaurant, fellesstue, bar, hage og terrasse. Overnattingsstedet har gratis WiFi og gratis privat parkering. Flott anlegg og fint rom. God service, vi fikk servert middag selv om restauranten egentlig var stengt for kvelden.

Holmen Husky Lodge i Alta ligger ved siden av en hundegård med huskyer og tilbyr overnatting i lavvo. Du kan bestille time i et utendørs boblebad og i badstuen. WiFi er gratis på stedet. Holmen Husky was the highlight of our month long trip. From sleeping in lavu to the food to the wonderful dogs that wait for you to walk past and rub their tummies. The staff are exceptional with a special shout out to Tess who fit us in for the amazing husky sledding and Wico for his amazing food. I cannot recommend this place enough. We even watched the Aurora from our bed! A great place for kids too....

Trasti & Trine Boutique Hotel ligger ti km fra Alta by og 500 meter fra Altaelva. This vacation was a once in a lifetime experience. The location was perfect to see the northern lights, the restaurant served food of the quality of a Michelin star restaurant, and the staff was extremely friendly. Even though the location was quite remote, there were plenty of activities to do. PS: it is also a great place to propose to your girlfriend - a guaranteed YES (from personal experience) :)
