The view from the property is lovely and I would have stayed a bit longer had I known how wonderful a stay we were going to have. We will certainly be back. One item to note, there are many, many stairs in order to access the property, so not appropriate for any one with mobility issues. And next time we know to keep the luggage a bit lighter. Maria was a wonderful host, easy to contact.

The cottage had a fenced garden. They provided chocolates, milk, wine. Location was 5 mins drive from Rye, 10 mins drive from Camber Sands beach. We loved it and will be back one day.

The place was clean, good parking spaces, lots of room in the home, fully equipped, very good working shower and overall a happy experience. The owner was helpful.

Lovely walks around Hastings country park and in our favourite Old Town area with plenty of bars and restaurants to visit .
