Lower Mountains Retreat, a property with barbecue facilities, is situated in Warrimoo, 48 km from Parramatta Station, 49 km from Rosehill, as well as 49 km from Rouse Hill Village Centre. From the minute we got to the property we knew it was going to be a relaxing place to stay and recharge. Hugh and Naomi were wonderful hosts and the property was the perfect place to unwind and relax. It felt like home and we didn’t want to leave!

Set amongst 8 acres of tree-lined lawns and gardens, guests at these self-contained cottages have access to a tennis court and heated indoor swimming pool. Amazing place to stay during the weekend in Blue Mountains. Great location, clean, fully equipped, nice and comfy rooms and that fireplace! Definitely will stay again. Staff was super friendly with lots of recommendations.

Whispering Pines Cottages are close to the Blue Mountains National Park and restaurants. The house was amazing! Super clean and big! The photos do not do this lovely house justice.

Boasting mountain views, The Bower at Wildside Sanctuary provides accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a terrace, around 42 km from University of Western Sydney. EVERYTHING and that is very rare for me to say after having traveled around the world twice staying in many different places and countries. Our host was responsive, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with. The location is remote and allows for peace, quiet and amazing bird watching. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Paradise Lodge - Blue Mountains Wonderland is a recently renovated holiday home in Linden, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. Stunning home!!! Everything about this place was classy, clean and comfortable. The views were exceptional. Such a rare and magical home to be able to stay in.

Set in Medlow Bath and only 9.3 km from Katoomba Scenic World, Heritage Log Cabin and Garden w Outdoor Hot Tub offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Gorgeous garden, beautiful David Austin roses. Great outdoor area with BBQ and hot tub. Spacious bedrooms and good sized living/dining room for our group of 9. Easy walk to local cafe and facilities at the Hydro Majestic.

Black Wattle Cabin Turon Escape Capertee is situated in Capertee. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Such a gorgeous outlook!! So many animals to spot. So much privacy and space!

WildLife Lodge Katoomba has a patio and is set in Katoomba, within just 1.9 km of Katoomba Scenic World and 1.4 km of The Three Sisters. Fire and heated bathroom tiles

Providing a terrace, Springmead Rustic Cabin features accommodation in Rydal. The property has lake and garden views, and is 50 km from Katoomba Scenic World. Marjory was a joy - the place was so rustic and beautiful. Cosy which was fab with the fire given the weather. Can't rate highly enough.

Rustic Spirit is located in Bilpin, 28 km from Penrith. The pet-friendly accommodation is air conditioned and is fitted with a spa bath. Katoomba is 34 km from the property. Getting back to nature. Great time to relax and unwind. Limited internet so plenty of time to do other things other than on your phone or screentime. Beautiful gardens and walking. Lots of birds. Would definitely come back for a longer stay.
