Thanks for being dog-friendly as my boy loved the attention and being so close to the beautiful lake and seaside. Beautiful wooden floors throughout the place and rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Usually single rooms at B&B's are too small to have ensuite bathroom or seaview rooms, but here, thanks to the well-thought out design,maximising the benefits of a small space, you get both! Congratulations on a beautiful place and well-deserved review rating!

The battery ran out on the phone , at one point there were three blokes in the bedroom with us , the menu quoted three sandwiches , so I ordered one of each , a bloke knocked on and said " are you sure you want one of each , there are five ? " , so I ordered the three from the menu , when they arrived they were not as advertised , no coleslaw chutney nor crisps , it took them a few visits to take & deliver the order .

We all slept well, the beds were comfy with quality linen. The staff were all friendly, breakfast was excellent with efficient service. Free e-charging too. One day we needed to work from the apartment and the other we joined family at the beach huts. The decor, comfort of furniture and location was perfect. Staff were more than accommodating, moving their own car to help us find a space. We were given a ground floor apartment to allow us to easily store our bikes. Internet for work zoom calls was very reliable. Peaceful and incredibly comfortable nights sleep.
