Big thanks for Radek and his wife for preparing the house for Christmas. Radek is a professional owner with whom you have excellent contact, he is flexible, responds promptly (Christmas tree and additionally a lovely gesture - gifts for children under the tree, sled, iron, hair dryer), is very open and helpful (help in organizing Christmas catering). The house is professionally prepared and equipped with all necessary appliances/equipment in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc., nothing was missing, the house beautifully decorated for the holidays, generally well cared for in many details and decor details (big thanks to Radek's wife for putting a lot of heart into the decor, eco-friendly approach to the products/detergents used in the house, etc.) and big kudos to Radek for the quality and self-crafting of much of woodworking in the house, making the whole house an extremely charming and cozy place for guests. Big plus for the 4x sleds for the kids, great place to store winter/ski equipment, close to the slopes, great place for both winter recreation and other seasons, all the best to the hosts! Perfect location at the edge of the forest, with lots of place for kids to play. The house is a great mixture of old and new. It has all types of facilities and equipment you may need for a fortnight. The scary construction site that you may see on Google Maps closer to the road is a newly renovated and not that big apartment building. It is close to being done, and there was literally no noise coming from the site.
