We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay with Chris & Kay. The cabin is perfect for the ultimate getaway from the stresses and strains of life. It was warm, spacious, with excellent facilities & a stunning view. To wake up to the sound of the river sweetly passing by is an experience which you cannot compare. Similarly, the hospitality was second to none. We were offered cups of tea, bacon sandwiches of a morning & Chris & Kay couldn't have possibly been anymore helpful. We felt so at home. We shed a tear when we left as we had such an amazing time! The local pub is just a 10 minute walk away, Southampton a 25-minute drive and for those of you venturing further the New Forest just 45 minutes. It couldn't be better situated. I promise you that coming for a stay with Chris & Kay is an experience you will truly enjoy.

It reminds me of a modern seaside room. The hallways of the rooms were really nice. The bathrooms were very clean, spacious and I also think the floor was heated. The staff were absolutely amazing. One of the receptionists took me to my room and showed me around. I cannot remember his name but he was only 1 month in the role, but seemed like he had been doing it forever.

The staff are brilliant and the campsite is kept very clean, with everything you would need to have a comfortable stay.

Minutes walk from park, cafe, mini railway and 5 minutes to a lovely little stone beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need for your stay inc. teas and coffee-you just need your own milk. The tents had an electrical point, lamp, electric fire and bbq pit. The beds had bottom sheets provided. Both the kitchen and shower block were immaculately clean and the campsite well kept.

A little train for the kids that goes round the grounds, play parks on site, a takeaway cafe and sit in cafe as well - all within a minute walk from the accommodation. The toilet and shower facilities on site are immaculate. The glamping huts all have camp fires, which were a hit with our girls for toasted marshmallows! The kitchen area is stocked with tea, coffee and milk etc. We will defo be back.
