Everything in the hotel is perfect, from details and smells, to extremely friendly staff. I must also mention that my planned night check-in was moved from 2 am to 5 am due to a delayed flight, but that was no problem for them. The hotel provides a very luxurious and refined experience of Ha Noi, while maintaining Vietnamese authenticity. It is in the very center, so that all important contents are directly accessible.

Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts at the coffee downstairs.
