For a backpacker like me, Tu Tu's Phong Nha Dawn Homestay felt like a luxurious resort. My room was spacious and clean, and the property is quiet and beautiful with many places to lounge and relax. They even tidied up my room during the day while I was out exploring the caves, and Tu Tu went above and beyond to ensure my easy and pleasant transit in and out of Phong Nha.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was amazing. The owner's English is very good and he helped us a lot. Definitely recommend this place.

The building is so well looked after, and the room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The location is good - a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfront and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostess is extremely nice and welcoming. I was very happy to spend a couple of nights at this homestay :)

Terletak di Phong Nha, Phong Nha Tuan Garden House menyediakan penginapan dengan WiFi percuma, penyaman udara dan akses kepada taman dengan kolam renang luaran. The hostel was very clean and the pool was an added bonus. We had a private room with our own bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. It was perfect for our stay. Town was an easy walk away. It took us about 20 minutes. The owner picked us up at the bus stop when we arrived. We find that the son who spoke very good English was very helpful. He booked our tours, a bus from Hue to Phong Nha and a driver from Phong Nha to Hanoi when our flight was cancelled. The restaurant was fabulous and be sure to take part in the family dinner. It was inexpensive, delicious food booked by mom and sister and lots of fun. I would recommend staying here as it’s great value and the family/owners who all work together to run the place try very hard to please.

Host was super friendly, helpful, and efficient in facilitating our excursions and onward transport. She found us at a restaurant to inform us that the car had arrived to take us to our sleeper bus. Breakfast was great and we left our bags there to explore the day we left.

The lady working there was super nice and helped us with everything! All from tours, taxi and dinners. We felt as we found a new home in Vietnam. One of the kindest people in the country.

We loved our stay(s) at Karst Villas (we went back for another night!). With beautiful scenery and a well-designed, comfortable space, they also had all of the requirements: warm water, comfy bed and good Wifi. The family and team are so nice and welcoming, and do a fantastic job. To top it all off, the food is incredible. Great vegetarian options as well; some of the best food we have had in Vietnam. Also we loved that they provide a big central jug of water to fill up your water bottle - only place we have seen this and it made our stay much easier. From here we cycled into town for the sights which was easy through the gorgeous rice fields. We so enjoyed it and strongly recommend.

It started off really well—they picked us up at the bus station at 4am and checked us into the room so we could sleep. The room was comfortable and great value for money. The daughter of the host spoke English and her mom was ever-smiling!! They helped us arrange scooter rentals and made us a good breakfast each morning. We really liked that the daughter (sorry I’m not sure how to spell your name) always checks up on us to see how we enjoyed our day. When the air-con wasn’t working, she called the electrician and fixed it really quickly… thumbs up for that too. The homestay is in a quiet location by the river and we enjoyed having dinners at the Phong Nha Vegan Restaurant steps away. Overall, 100% recommended!!
