Idyllic, peaceful location where the main attractions are the wildlife, the spectacular sunrises and starry night skies. The cabin was beautifully presented, clean, cosy and had everything you could need. The breakfast provided was excellent & the hot tub was the icing on the cake! The host could not have been more welcoming and helpful to us. It was the perfect place to get away from it all & we would return in a heartbeat.

Great location, being able to walk into the historic downtown. Parking onsite. Room (we had Crockett Room) was clean, well presented, very comfortable bed and a good size. Breakfast was great and thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the table, meeting other people during breakfast. We just had an overnight stop during a long journey, but certainly could have stayed longer - a very comfortable, relaxing stop.

Extremely clean, very cozy and stylish interior, a huge territory where you can do a short trail to the top of a hill to observe amazing views or just walk to see longhorns, lake or church. Easy check in and out. Tasty breakfast. 30 min drive from Fredericksburg and no infrastructure closer. Would definitely come back to spend more days there
