Lovely note from host and little touches like choccie and milk in the fridge. There is a microwave and kettle with bowls and cutlery.

We loved every delightful decoration within we even bought the same reed diffuser and cereal porridge when back to Canton. The spotless cleanness was so beyond our expectation and the bed was comfy. Truly a home away from home. The surrounding was tranquil that only birds' singing could wake us up. It was such an unreal feeling. We did not get a chance to see the wonderful sunset because of the incessant rain but hopefully we could get it done next time :)

We had some car trouble and were a bit overwhelmed. She helped us with the organisation, phone calls and driving us to places. In addition, the breakfast is amazing: fruit salad, apple pancakes and a variety of cold cuts and toppings.

A hot cooked breakfast was delivered to the door each morning. All the top sights in Rotorua are a short drive away. The apartment is beautifully set up and equipped with everything you need.

Penny and Lain were incredibly kind hosts! They were always warm and friendly. The property itself was most elegant and felt like a cottage out of a story book! Complete with seaviews, Victorian bathtubs and all the trimmings. The bed was amongst the coziest I've ever slept in and the room was equipped with a heater which worked perfectly on the beautiful, rainy days we experienced. We were at walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets. Ubers were readily available too. A continental breakfast was on offer every morning with coffee & a plethora of wonderful teas! This, without doubt, should be your B&B of choice in Tauranga! Thanks so much, Penny & Lain.
