Everything was perfect!! The hospitality of the hosts exceeded our expectations by far. We had fresh buns delivered every morning though meals were not included :) Our hosts gave us all information about the closest attractions and sights worth visiting. If we had any questions, they were always ready to answer or help us if we needed. Lovely people that make you feel like a part of their family.

A couple of minutes driving from the wonderful beaches of Belle Mare and Palmer beach, this is a great place to enjoy the best of Mauritius in a far more economic way. We had a spacious bedroom with private bathroom and a little kitchen where we could cook our own meals, But Shanti Nivas is a lot more than just a place to stay, this is a place where you feel like home. The host, Mr. jay is a one of a kind master host. He does everything to make you feel at home, and soon he became a friend. Don't expect a 5 stars resort by 1/10 of the price you pay for it in Mauritius, but you can certainly expect a 10 times better service. Thanks Jay, you're the man and you have built a quite unique concept in Mauritius by allowing everyone to have the possibility of visit the wonderful Mauritius with a limited budged. I cannot recommend enough your place to anyone who always dreamed to visit Mauritius but couldn't afford the extremely expensive hotels.

Casa Frangipani Mauritius se encuentra a 7 min a pie de Playa de Trou d'Eau Douce y ofrece jardín, además de alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. Alojamiento bien ubicado, a escasos 10 minutos de la playa y en el centro del pueblo de Trou d’Eau Douce. Decorado con gusto y con todo lo necesario para tener uns estancia perfecta. La propietaria Kerstin es muy buena anfitriona.

El Riverside Holiday Home se encuentra en Grande Rivière Sud Est, a 17 km de Belle Mare, y ofrece terraza y conexión WiFi gratuita. Rajesh is an optimal host! He was very welcoming and helped where he could. He helped us book a boat tour to the falls and to Ile aux Cerfs with lunch which was very good. One of the nicest beaches is about 18min drive (in Trou d'eau Douce). The apartment was spacious and clean, we had all the equipment we needed and if we needed anything else Rajesh or his wife were there to help. It's set in a beautiful environment near the river with lots of greenery. There's running hot water, comfy beds, a nice and huge terrace and a lively bird life to watch from the terrace. The aircon is new and working quietly and effectively (in the bedroom). I think a big advantage Rajesh is offering is free pickup/dropoff from/to the airport + he has a car rental company to offer cars at a reasonable price.

The staff was very friendly, and the house was really clean. The staff took care of us carefully so that we would not be uncomfortable, and although it was a short stay, he did his best. I strongly recommend this place

Viccos Villa - Brand New Villa in Trou d'Eau Douce está a 1,8 km de Playa de Trou d'Eau Douce y a 11 km de Campo de golf Le Touessrok, y ofrece wifi gratis y piscina al aire libre. The house is located in a new neighborhood just a few minutes drive from the beach. Nice and quiet area which felt very safe. The house is big and airy, decorated with nice new furniture (very comfortable sofa) and everything you need if you feel like cooking. AC in the bedrooms for a good night’s sleep. Secure parking. The lovely Mehzabine met us when we arrived to give us the keys and to show us around and we also met Vikram the owner. The pool is not very big but everything you need to dip and stay cool.

Trou d’Eau Douce - Campement pieds dans l’eau está en Trou d'Eau Douce, a solo 18 min a pie de Playa de Quatre Cocos, y dispone de alojamiento frente a la playa con wifi gratis. I can highly recommend this property. The check-in process was seamless and the property has a gorgeous view. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the stay here in the East and got to explore the local beaches and eateries. I would recommend this stay to anyone.
