Beautiful setting, comfortable space with 2 bedrooms/baths and full kitchen & living. Could have stayed comfortably for several days. Owner very responsive. The attached bar was a fun place to meet the locals. Angus, the bartender, was very hospitable, & knowledgable about the flavor profiles of the wide variety of spirits available. We felt very welcome while the locals regaled us with stories of their families and the area’s history. Remember it’s a bar not a pub-they don’t serve food but they can recommend a couple of restaurants. The outdoor seating by the river was an added plus! Definitely worth a visit!

The hosts are wonderful, very friendly and nice. We can definitely recommend to stay here. We got a delicious cooked breakfast, the room was beautiful, freshly renovated with nice bathroom. At our next stay in Elgin we will definitely stay there again if possible.

How bright and clean and spacious it was. we did buy cleaning products but didn’t need them as there was plenty there anyway. Heating was excellent. always warm when we came back to apartment.

Property is great for couples over a long weekend.

Th owner is a wonderful accommodating and friendly host that makes you feel at home. The rooms are on the first floor with private entrances at the back of the residence. The house was designed and constructed as a B&B, with smartly designed features. Although the room is on the smaller side, it is efficiently designed with a nice size bathroom. Full-size tub and shower. A very large assortment of quality breakfast items provided in the room kitchen nook. Very convenient off-street parking in front of the B&B. Very comfortable bed and linens. Impeccably clean. Plenty of USB ports on each side of the bed, motion senor foot lights in the hall and bathroom, great design features.

Silverstripe har udsigt til haven og tilbyder indkvartering med have og terrasse, ca. 28 km fra Huntly Slot. Der er cykelparkering og picnicområde. Vi blev meget glædeligt overraskede, da vi ankom til stedet og blev modtaget af vores værter. Silverstripe er et meget smukt indrettet sted og lejligheden rummelig. Morgenmaden var meget lækker med bl.a. hjemmebagt brød og hjemmelavet yoghurt og marmelade.

Stonehaven ligger i stueetagen i Stonehaven og har spektakulær udsigt over havnen. Der er restaurant og havudsigt, 200 m fra Carron Strand og mindre end 1 km fra Cowie Strand. The cottage was wonderful. We all enjoy our stay. It was a great respite in our busy travel schedule.
