This year they even upgraded (as my 8 year old son put it) with an great Trampoline for the kids! during our stay our daughter had her birthday, and what was our surprise to come down for breakfast and have a specially decorated birthday table for us! the kids were over the moon happy! the feeling is that they thrive to be the best 3* hotel of all and end up being better than many 4*!

We stayed at Gästehaus Kirchenbauerhof after spending the day in Legoland Deutschland. A friend recommended it, and it exceeded all our expectations; to the point that it was a highlight of the day too. The kids, even tired after a day in the theme park enjoyed looking and petting the animals (it is a farm) or playing the games in the gardens and patio. The room was large and comfortable, and the area quiet (except for the occasional bells tolling at the church close by). Breakfast was really good: not a large selection, but more than enough and super tasty. All the people working there were incredibly gentle and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is in a quiet area and you can reach some restaurants/supermarkets in just 10 minutes on foot.

The location is in the heart of Fussen old town. We also ordered a breakfast, for reasonable price you got coffee /tea, fresh bread and buns, vegetables, eggs, cereals, fruits. We were at the end of September, the nights were pretty cool, and the house was heated.
