Having all the details readily available, from how the shower works to where to find things, made our stay so much easier. The phone chargers were a lifesaver too! The appt is exactly as it's shown on the photo, very new and clean. Even we have not met any staffs, the instruction received to check-in and guidance for parking is very clear so we do not have any issue with that. Very good price to stay in Canmore and for sure will stay again next time!

We loved their warmth and hospitality, with amazingly prepared homecooked meals each breakfast. The Dewberry Breakfast Sandwich is a must try! Also, Larry was so helpful with helping us confirm that we had all-season tires for our car rental, and also helped with validating our park passes. We are greatly looking forward to our next stay!

The apartment had everything we wanted, comfortable beds, sitting room, well equipped kitchen with some condiments, cling wrap, parchment paper, dishwasher tabs, washings tabs etc all there. we were right beside the pool which was great.

She graciously provided us with a complimentary upgrade to a room upstairs, which was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Helena's husband also contributed to the excellent experience by maintaining the cleanliness of the space with regular tidying sessions. Beyond the accommodations, Helena herself is a fantastic host and a genuinely cool person. We felt welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. Additionally, we had the opportunity to connect with Helena and other guests during our stay, and we even made some new friends along the way. Overall, our experience at Helena's property was outstanding, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home away from home.
