I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

The room was super clean and the host very polite and helpful. The metro station is 5 minutes away with walking and there are several busses that leave you right at the corner of the facility. This is a beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable apartment, we were very happy with it. The host was friendly and left the basics and a bottle of wine & soft drinks, which was a nice touch.. the location was perfect for us as we were visiting family. There is a metro station on the doorstep too for easy travel to the city centre and a fabulous greenway close by. Would definitely stay here again.
