The Nam family is lovely! Hard working and smiley they will help you with absolutely everything you need: from the presentation of the place to the laundry and scooter or bike rental. Bungalows are clean and so is the swimming pool and the garden. Choices for breakfast ordered the day before and served with juice coffee/tea and fresh fruit. Complimentary water in the room and 2 bottles for our trip. Thanks for making our 2 days even more special! I tried the spa next to it and for 8 euro I got a 30min hot stone massage. We hate in Gia Bao homestay and restaurants close by the square and we never regret it.

This place was incredible! If it was possible to give a 15/10 we would. The location is insane - you wake up to a beautiful mountain and water views with pagodas and the small town a short bike ride or walk away. It was easily our favorite place to stay in all of Vietnam 😍 David arranged everything from motor bike rentals to comfortable transport to and from Hanoi and everything at excellent prices. If you are considering a stay here 100% do it. Also big shout out to the sweetest little cutie of a hotel pup, Boom, who gives the best cuddles! 🥰

Complementary ginger tea when we got back soaked from the rain really hit the spot. We arrived very early in the morning 05:30 and we could check in directly without having to pay more. On the last day they gifted us some water for the trip!
