Stay was nice, everything was clean and tidy. Nice decoration etc. Room was small but cosy. Real good soundproofing was definitely a plus. Location is quite, but it's right in the city center

I don't speak the language very much. I knew the place and the people so it was convenient and comfortable. It's also much cheaper than a hotel, with all the amenities of living in an apartment.

The staff was amazing. I was picked up at the Poltava bus station by an apartment staff member and taken to apartment with a thorough walk-thru. The apartment owner (Alex) is engaged with his customers and is focused on providing the best service and on how to continuously improve. It was a great value for the price and within walking distance of several nice restaurants and parks.
