In case you want to use the accommodation for long time stay and not (as we) as a base where we returned only for sleep and rest a bit, you might look for other accommodation, which will be most likely bit more pricier. For our purpose it was well selected as we are not in need of pools, saunas etc.. just a place to call a base. Small but fine garden for use, parking place within the facility, all essential facilities working. Overall we would use it again for same type of travel.

First if all: the hosts are wonderfully helpful people, I felt really at home, got all the necessary info, they had lots of patience for me :) The communication to the High Tatras by public transport is really convenient as there is a bus stop right round the corner. There is a lovely garden which can be used by the guests. Great location, it's really close to Strbske Pleso by car. It was a perfect place to stay.

The location of the house was really good, close to the mountains, but still in a town. There was a pizzeria close by, which came handy after a day of hiking. The apartment was really well equipped, the host was really nice, so overall everything exceeded our expectations.
