We loved staying at Abacatus Farmhouse. The pool was great. It was easy to find using google maps, a short drive into Tavira, and to Tavira Island. Our suite had everything we needed, very comfortable. Sani is an excellent host who provided a delicious breakfast and was very helpful with everything we needed.

Beautiful location, about 10 mins drive from Tavira, extremely peaceful surroundings. The house we had was great both in terms of the house itself and the beautiful private pool, but also in terms of the quality and tasteful furnishings. It had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday, including great mattresses, towels, cleaning supplies etc. And the common areas were also lovely, with a kids playground, bbq, and complementary beer. We were only sorry we could not stay longer. Definitely recommend.

Location is so central, I did a lot of walking along nature reserve, to nearby wee villages.... oh and ferry to beach ⛱️... definitely a must .... everyone so friendly and helpful.... The village is located up on a hill and requires some walking and steps into town and back. It was a manageable walk or you could drive and find public parking for free down the hill. Manuela was a wonderful hostess and she served an incredible breakfast every morning. Tavira is definitely on our list of repeat visits.
